Reloading Equipment Autotrickler v4 spacer mod

Do you have any sets ready? Sorry if you posted this as I didn’t read all the posts but how do you know which washer to use for which powder(s)?

Yes he has the multi colored rainbow set ready to go.

As far as sizing, there’s not a steadfast rule just trial and error. I’ll say I have the best results with h4350 with the #2 spacer. Longer extruded powders like n570 I use #4. I’ve been loading a lot of n565 lately and also like #4 for that.

For n570 I like #4 but Adam suggested #5 flow rate. Im still tweaking to see which is best. I don’t have tip to test yet.

I'll buy the spacers and tip if still available. Thanks

I’d like something for the down spout. Something to help it with less spillage.

I don’t understand….
Area 419 makes a separate down spout for the V3. Nothing for the V4. If something like that could be 3D printed for the V4 I’d buy one of those.
This would help the powder drop into the cup and stay in it.

I see. Did you check with unknown munitions? I thought I saw something on there but maybe not. I’ll add it to the list though to work on. This kid started out with one printer and you guys have helped him out so much that there are now 3 printers that run almost 24/7!

What kind of a printer is he using?

If you're still making the tips and spacers, I'd like to purchase a set of spacers and a tip.

Using green spacer with n570, I set at .04 low for target and can throw 105.6 to the kernal everytime faster than I can pour and seat. Less than 10 secs I think. I don’t have the tip.

For n570 and long extruded powders, I do not prefer the tip!

That’s great!!!

Hi everyone, my 10 year old son got a 3d printer recently and we have been busy learning how to make cool stuff. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to offer up some of the designs we came up with. My son is printing, and shipping. All of the money goes to him, I am simply the middle man.

One of the problems I have found with the V4 is the angle at which it sits on top of the scale. It works fine with smaller powders, however when you get to long extruded powders, it has a hard time trickling taking a long time to finish a powder charge. We made washers that fit over the rear bumper raising the rear of the unit. The washers comes in sets of 5 and raises the unit in .5mm increments. My average charge time went from 12-14 seconds with H4350, to 7-9 seconds. This is conjunction with a nipple offered by someone else on the end of the small tube. Attached are videos dropping H-4350 and N570. The price is 10$ for a set of 5 washers, and 5$ shipping. Available in black but if you would like another color, shoot me a message and we will see what we can do!

Any interest in making a longer nozzle/spout where the powder drops in the cup?
