I have been using this product since 2019 ( round count 3124 ) . I use it on everything even in the barrel / slicks everything up and makes cleaning much easier. Use in an Anschutz 54.30 ( round count now 10,6170 ) and in the Feinwerkbau 2000 as well. Scott.

I tried it several years ago. Actually have most of a bottle left. Never saw that it did much of anything. Some parts it would not dry on and would still be wet the next day. Wound up just wiping it off. Could be I got a bad bottle but I won't buy any more.
I have a single shot vudoo that I built this spring. I finally shot some good ammo in it and I believe if I could get good ammo on a constant basis it would shoot with about any custom build out there. Shot three mediocre cards with what I have been getting Then a guy gave me two boxes of good ammo. With it I shot an ara 2500 and two 2400’s.
Pretty sure a Vudoo does not qualify for factory class due to cost limits.

The two 2400,s I shot I noticed on the second one that after warmup and my 6th shot it acted odd just a small amount. Enough to cause a couple of misses. If I had known that I would have fouled it a little more. After that it drive tacks. I had 17 and 18 x on the two 2400 targets

Good to hear from you 4certain.
I wrote the lot number on the target pic that I posted. 1021-06095 @ 1061 fps. I wish I could find more of this lot.
On the card just before this one, I learned something new. I found that on my Arnold one piece rest, after each shot, my cross hairs would recover from recoil "exactly" back to the spot where I shot. I learned to then stop and examine the relationship between my hold off and the bullet strike. Remembering this, I would use this hold off for the next shot, adjusting for any wind change of course. I have not had a rest that would do this previously. When shooting a two piece rest, this does not occur because there is no bungee to return the rifle forward to it's stop, and returning the rifle manually does not get the cross hairs back to their exact spot for me and my set up.

I have never used that type rest. I have been using 2 piece rest. T-Rex front. Protektor rear. I have shot one 250/23. would very much like to do that often! I have ordered Moccasin Trail wind flags. Hope they help. Jim Harvey is a great guy. Builds great equipment.

I also have a single shot vudoo and have a question about firing pin. What is best way to shape chisel point pin to hit inside rim .015“-.020”? I have my pin ajusted out 2 turns and it give me .0124” depth of strike. Which way to adjust to increase strike depth to .014” ?

My pin has 1/2 turn in when fully tight. To line up I must turn out 1/2 turn, would this be hardest hit the pin will deliver when trigger is pulled?
No, then turn it out another full 360-degree turn (or two) until it lines up again (and then retighten the Allen against the flat). I was initially told this by Greg Roman when I was having light strikes with certain ammo.
Also, did you get the firing pin spring kit with your rifle?
Check out Mike Bush's video here and start around 3 minutes in. He shows the spring kit, and as he reassembles the bolt, you'll turn the pin out past that first alignment that he shows you, another full turn or two.
And then this video below here also shows it, and Andrew Workman actually does go a full turn out past first alignment... start at around 2:30 into the video.

To replace the pin fire I try to disassemble the 2 BTR screws, for one I turn the key of 0.05" in the head impossible to unscrew, for the other with a key of 0.05 ball at the loosening I break the head of the key in the screw.
I learn later that these screws were mounted with a threadlocker... too late
I explain my problem to GREG, 8 days later I receive the complete "fire control" with the adjusted setting for the trigger, I think that few companies are able to do this.

I had a similar problem — couldn’t loosen the Allen screw holding in the firing pin… actually rounded off the socket on the Allen.. Vudoo sent me a pre-paid label, and I sent them back the bolt… they fixed it and put in a new Allen screw, sent the bolt back to me right away and I’ve had no problem taking the bolt fully apart since. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
For whatever reason, the .050" allen wrenches in the sets I had wouldn't fit the little screws in my V22S bolts. I've had really good results buying Wera brand allen & torx wrenches from MSC, which is where I get most of the end mills & other machine tool parts & cutters I use in my lathes & mills. They're made in the Czech Republic, and are quality tools. When my order arrived, these drivers fit the screws in the V22S bolts perfectly, and I had no issues loosening & re-tightening them while experimenting to get the correct length.

I finally got my new Vudoo V22s set up for benchrest. Shooting it seems promising but I have an issue where it's hard to close the bolt on any round (Norma, Lapua, SK, Eley, RWS) and it throws off the position of the rifle on my rests. I called into Vudoo for technical support and am awaiting the return call.
In the interest of safety, (Yours), don't keep trying to close it until you find out why it is binding.

Does closing the bolt on an empty chamber require "effort", or does it feel normal? Have you cleaned everything in a normal manner, and lubed the bolt with some quality lube (lugs, etc.)??
My V22s will have stiffer than normal bolt closure on some rounds of Eley Black box ammo, while other rounds from the same box/lot will be very easy. I consider this to be QC issues with the ammo. All the rounds go bang with no drop in accuracy.

It's very smooth on an empty chamber and it requires trivial effort on a snap cap. We went through this with Vudoo as well as other options. It's only with real ammo that an issue arises. This is true for ALL ammo tested from the major match companies (five different types tested), so it's clearly not just an ammo issue.
Sounds like BS to me. A tight chamber won't loosen up after 2 boxes of ammo. Several things can cause this problem but my uneducated guess would be improper head spacing.

Spent some time today with the newly quiet Vudoo single shot for some F-Class practice.
I had plenty of time behind this rifle before threading it 3/4x24 and putting on an ATS tuner and Thunderbeast Ultra 7 suppressor. After threading accuracy was unchanged. The addition of the tuner just made good groups better, and the can makes everyone happy. I also put my S&B 12-50 with 1/8 MOA clicks back on.
The two targets for the day were a 4 inch diamond at 300 yards and a 5 inch diamond at 410 yards.
The 300 yard target was pretty easy if you stayed ahead of the wind. This range has few (none) wind flags inside 300 yards, but hitting 75% was very doable.
The 400 yard target was tough as I was shooting it when the breeze started picking up. I was maybe 50% on it. Elevation was pretty solid, the wind got me most of the time.

I have an Ezell tuner that's threaded 1/2x28 and I have been very pleased with it. Because of that thread, I'm able to use it on all four of my competition rimfire rifles, changing the setting for each rifle/ammo combination. I added a bit of paint to color-code the number lines for quick reference as to which setting goes with each particular rifle that I use it with.
Mike Ezell was easy to deal with and very informative over the phone before I made the purchase last year.

Its an old SEB NEO rest with a Rodzilla top. It replaced a Farley and is night and day better.
I couldn't agree more on the rest. I went from a Dan Greenlaw to a Farley to a RODZILLA and so glad I did!

Speaking to Sam's comment about V-22S 2500 ARA Unlimited target scores - to set the record straight and provide some updates on V-22S built rifles. Mike Stone's 2500 at Chickenfoot may well have been the first shot in an outdoor match but wasn't the first shot in ARA competition.
The first 2500 ARA Unlimited target was shot at Howard Prince Indoor Range - Jerry Smith shot a 2500 on March 13, 2021 on the fourth target using my (Norm Flynn) Vudoo V-22S (Shilen Ratchet, Holeshot tuner, Flavio Fare trigger, RO-Tex stock and March 40-60X High Master) built by Vudoo Gun Works with final set-up and tuning done by Jerry. I believe he was shooting Lapua Midas +.
I shot the ARA Indoor Nationals at Chickenfoot in March 2021 with an aggregate score of 2191 and, although I didn't shoot the majority (only 32 of 127) of my 2022 ARA Outdoor targets with my Vudoo the season aggregate scores were very close to my #1 rifle aggs.
Several ARA Unlimited competitors are now shooting V-22S based rifles. I just reviewed the equipment from the ARA Outdoor Nationals and saw at least five V-22S actions in the equipment list. Cliff Arnold finished 13th in this tournament and, if I'm not mistaken, has shot at least one outdoor 2500 target, I believe in September 2022 at an outdoor match in Indiana. There are several more V-22S built rifles that their owners feel are promising and will hopefully be shot in sanctioned matches coming up. I expect several Vudoo's will be shot in the upcoming ARA Indoor Nationals.
Vudoo built rifles have now been campaigned through two ARA seasons ... the owners of these rifles are optimistic about their performance and I fully expect more 2500 scores and podium finishes at both indoor and outdoor venues going forward. Rimfire Benchrest competition and is demanding and Vudoo's benchrest action is definitely making it's mark in this shooting sport.

My old fingers have trouble getting the cartridges out of the Lapua or SK boxes one-by-one to load into magazines or to take out and put in a bench tray for single shot feed. Since the lube can be messy, I don't like to just dump them out, so I've made a simple fixture that you put the 50-round tray in right out of the box, and it raises the shells up -- with the rows in alternating heights -- to make them easy to grab without having to pry them up with my fingernails. Not a big deal, but takes care of a small annoyance. The staggered rows are tall enough so that you can use it for single-shot direct loading if you don't have another bench block you like to use.
