Which Fix-it-stick kit?

Get both kits, but for a complete set, you will still need to purchase a few torque limiters that are NOT included in the primary set.
AND you may still need to have a few WIHA bits for your particular needs.

I have the top kit (photo at start of thread) with a few extra pieces in my range bag. While all of my checking and torquing is done at home with other wrenches, the kit is in the pack just in case something comes loose while out shooting so the variable torque head is plenty to finish out the day If needed. Only used mine once at a SH training to put the scope back on the rifle after they checked it. Kit worked fine with no issues.

I found it to be a worthwhile class. I am also thinking about trying that same class in August, just need to wait a few months to see if I can make it work. I don’t think we had any bad shooters in that class. I don’t do competitive shooting so the last day with barricades was not geared much for me as many of the others but it was a good experience. If I go, I will be driving down from Cheyenne each day.

mayb i will just keep it and with my borka kit i should have all i need

The only problem I have is they have a 10% error factor. Most good torque devices only have a 4% error factor.

No they don’t. The all in one had more but the limiters are not off 10%. Here’s a test that was done.

All in one fix it stick torque limiters are good. I would go that route, without a doubt.

Curious of what accessory's one needs to shoot at this type of class, besides gun haha
Anything you wish you had brought or had that you didn't have ..
I don't do competitive shooting either, just looking to improve on my ELR shooting beyond 1000yds.
Going to bring my camper from SW Montana if I go.
Bill
Sub moa Rifle + 200 rds ammo
Bipod
Rear bag
Shooting mat
Basic tools for rifle and scope (but Frank and Marc have everything you’d need)

I’ve been to several of Franks classes and learned and grown a ton every class. But I’m a noob.
