Gents, I have been itching to upgrade from the SIG Kilo 3k's. I've been eyeing the Vectronix Vector IV. I would settle for those, but I've been seeing Vector 21's and a Moskito. I would like to get the Moskito because it gives me long ranging capabilities and night observation. Is the 3x night observation really helpful, or just another bell and whistle that will go unused? I figure, I'd get the Vector 21's and use the extra funds for something else. Thanks Guru's!

The Vector 21 is NVG compatible, I have the adapter in stock. The Vector is a far better observation tool, but the Moskito is a bit more compact. While having the NVG built in does save space, it’s a maintenance problem, plus they don’t really have the best tubes installed. I’m much happier with the Vector, where I can use a 14 or even binos with good tubes, then have them available when not using the Vector.

I don’t have any Moskito’s, but I still have 21’s and IV’s available.

Yes, I've still been thinking on our past convo. I would like something thats good for both day and night use. Bonus and tax time are around the corner and I'm waiting to burn a hole in my pocket.
