Yeah local range put them on almost all of the 100yrd benches, and raised them up about 3-4 inches but they are slippery. I personally don't like them but this is one of the few that has a working camera so I deal with it. I thnk it was supposed to be like bed lining but obviously didn't come out that way.

I'm running the Spuhr 20 MOA on my MRAD with my NF 7-35 ATACR. However, the clamp piece cracked which was a little unsettling. Mile high sent me a replacement but have lost a little confidence in that mount. Everything was torqued to exact specs with a fix-it-stick driver so I wouldn't expect to crack after 150 rounds of use.
The military went with the Nightforce mount for the MRAD so I just ordered one with the raptor shelf for my 41XC build. It will be a dedicated rifle with Defiance Rebel action and Bartlein ModBB 34" barrel(no taper) on a Cadex chassis.

I have probably 600-1k between 6.5CM and 300PRC on my M-Brace and the only issue I've had is one of the pins started poking out. So I actually ended up ordering a 30 moa m-brace. the scope came in today and the rifle should roll in Monday. I played with the ATACR today and I have 35 mils total. after reading this perhaps I should send the m-brace back and stick with a 20 moa NF

My Razor has 36 Miles of adjustment you should be fine. I'm also zeroed at 100 yards

Ok I know this is going to make the crybaby’s cry but I have both the mk22 and the ballista and planning to do a video on YouTube conparing them but I think the ballista has some stupid design features and in my opinion the Barrett is the winner in every aspect.. MK22 308/300nm/338nm and soon 300prc my ballista is 308/338LM y’all let me know if the video would be of interest
I want to see all content related to the MK22. It is on my very short list of new rifles I want in my safe.
Looks like Barrett is now owned by Aussies..really unfortunate. Hopefully things continue as normal.

ETA - Obviously, there is lots of great foreign gear (Lapua, Norma, S&B, Zeiss, Leica, etc) particularly in the precision shooting area. Australia has a lot of work right now in powders, for example are made for Long range shooting.

One of the reason I chose the mrad over an AI is because of Barrett being an American company along with the founder of AI being anti gun.

New to the forum (found it via this thread) I snagged a MRAD in Tungsten Grey @ 300 win mag. Probably not the smartest purchase as here in the Miami area there aren't a ton of ranges that will get me some distance exercise but I got it nonetheless. I went with the ACCU-TAC FC5 6"-19" that has cant and pan. Scope is a NF 7-35x56 ATACR with nightforce mounts. I may switch over to Spurh we'll see how it goes with the NF "medium" mounts.
I'll post a pic once I get it set up and can get out to the closer range here and get some chronograph readings and lock the sight in.

I already have a new MRAD in 300N that I am just now setting up, so I thought I would try to get SH folks first dibs…I am looking for 6.5cm myself.

QQ- I have scope, bipod, two different mounts to try and a cleaning kit incoming. Is there anything in hindsight that you would have liked to have when you first started shooting the MRAD. I also have data book, mat etc and my magnetospeed V3. I reload so I'll be developing 300 WM rounds for it until then I'll have my loads for my Surgeon actioned 26 inch barreled 300wm.
Anything that you can think of that would have made life easier/better? Oh also have a Snickers bar to celebrate my first 10 rounds. So I got that covered. I am ordering a Pelican 1750 I can't find one specifically for the MRAD but haven't looked too hard.

I replaced the grip with a Ergo competition grip or the wood one. I love it . I'm not lugging this much or off hand shooting it . I went with two stage, I've also heard good things about the timney version too.

Did your MRAD come with a pelican case?
Or they don't do that anymore?

I ask, because mine came with one. I bought mine from an small out of state FFL, not sure if it came from EuroOptics or another distributor/store back in 2016-'17.
I assume it's a whole package from Barrett. Perhaps EuroOptics added it? Or Barrett no longer packages it with a Pelican to save costs?

No I don't think so the local gun store has to get it from their warehouse to the store front. I have to fly out for meetings so I won't pick it up until probably 28th.
