So they are sending tanks aye... Noticed western media was pretty well silent on the missile strikes in Kiev and Odessa yesterday, which I believe do not have electricity currently. Tanks... come the fuck on.
Media may be silent on the missile strikes but they are hyping nuclear war

good film. I used to show that to some of my classes when we discussed this exact thing. Gallipoli; All Quiet on the Western Front (the older version) are also good.
great poem too

could be a description of nuclear war, from someone trying to describe things that there were no words for:

7 The first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down on the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.

8 The second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a huge mountain, all ablaze, was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned into blood, 9 a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

10 The third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water— 11 the name of the star is Wormwood.[a] A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter.

12 The fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night.

no, but I was struck by the differences in how classes reacted. In the UK, they were much more interested in WW1 than here in the US. They were also flat out homers, cheering on their own side and booing the Germans.....so any sense of the universality of suffering and shared compassion were lost on that group. Here in the US, they were more egalitarian in how they viewed the human aspect of war. But the pessimist in me thinks that could also be because American kids are mostly clueless and didn't follow what they were watching. For example, a buddy of mine used to do reenacting for the german side. He said the bus broke down one time outside a nearby city on the way to an airshow event, so his whole nazi Grossdeutschland unit marched the rest of the way, through town. According to him people came out and saluted them and waved American flags because they thought those nazis were the national guard.

Serious questions for you guys more versed in Geopolitical behavior/patterns. Clearly US, EU, NATO are pushing to go "hot" against Russia. So, when US troops are "officially" (as opposed to clandestinely) on the ground in Ukraine - will Russia respond FIRST with 1) tactical nuke to Ukraine, or 2) elevated conventional warfare in Ukraine, possible 3) tactical nuke to DC?
They have a pretty good cyber capability. And they showed early on prior to the invasion that they know where the underwater comms cables are.

''Kiev’s star mercenary threatens to ‘burn Ukrainian army to the ground’ – media

Emese Fajk protected her position by blackmailing senior commanders, Daily Mail reported
A notorious Australian TV star who joined Ukraine’s International Legion blackmailed Kiev’s military commanders as she resisted several attempts to kick her out of the legion, according to recordings released by Daily Mail on Saturday.

The secretly recorded tapes appear to show that Emese Fajk, who became the foreign legion’s communications director after fleeing Australia following a fraud scandal on a TV reality show, threatened to leak damaging information on the Ukrainian army should she be expelled over an unauthorized overseas trip.

According to the recordings, to avoid such an outcome she blackmailed Ukrainian general Andrey Ordinovich, who went under the callsign ‘Zeus.’ She said that Ukrainian officials “wanted to deport [her] for desertion” and “terminate her contract.”

Fajk explained that her “only luck was that before this I spoke to ‘Zeus’, and they couldn’t touch me. I told Zeus if I’m not coming back to this thing, I’m going to go public on everything I know and why I’m being removed.”

Corruption scandal in Ukraine's 'International Legion:'
The legionnaire described the general as a “super stand-up guy,” adding, however, that he understands that if she were to start talking about what she had seen, “it’s going to burn the army to the ground.”

She went on to say that this leak would be “very damaging for the army if it became public knowledge: the corruption, the s**t going missing, the treatment foreigners get… if I start talking about this the army is going to fall apart with all the internal investigations that [would] have to be started.”

Moreover, according to “confidential dossiers” seen by the outlet, the ex-TV star is also allegedly behind the disappearance of medical supplies to the tune of $2.5 million. The documents also allege that she had been stealing donations meant to support Ukraine in its conflict with Russia.

Fajk has been accused of several instances of fraud around the world, most notably her failed attempt to purchase a $4.2 million home at an auction on an Australian reality TV show called ‘The Block’ by allegedly providing false receipts of bank transfers.''

Scammers gonna scam. I hope someone is getting oral pleasure at least.

edit.. article was in Euros...
Question for the group
M1 = 7.2 million Euros
t72 from ariticle = 500K Euros
so, equal math 1 M1 = 14 t 72's.
So, if 14 T72s run into 1 M1....... Will the M1 win?
sometimes, lots of cheap beats a few big $$ items...

Here is where air power comes in handy to even out the odds. Toss in a few A10s. But, then you have SAMS...
long story short, war is more than just a few pieces on a chess board, it's a whole combination of lots of things, that Ukraine doesn't have and the US won't give all at once........ because a quick battle isn't a lucrative battle.

quantity has a quality all it's own. ours cost more cause everything here costs more on top of all the 'this must do this that and every other thing' driving up the cost.

I haven't bothered reading it, long story short

It's not worth it for the US to continue the Russo Ukrainian war, by RAND

well that's exactly the point. It isn't worth it for the US to continue the war. never was. it is irrelevant to our national interests.

but it is critical to the interests of the globalist NWO and the implementation of the great reset.

so we can all see who is controlling our destiny now.

we spend 900 billion every year on "national defense" (lol) that's just the official money. A few years ago it was revealed that that massive sum is dwarfed by the "hidden money" that is spent on the military.

russia has averaged around 80 billion a year for the last decade.

Yup. Some of us know the incredible impact a properly integrated force has. Even the rainbow dudes Maj to Col in every service are well aware. Until the force is integrated its a farce for the uninitiated.

Russia isn't worried about "projecting power" throughout the world.

Russia doesn't have multiple aircraft carriers and numerous foreign bases to maintain. (ask them about their aircraft carrier!)

It's not just paying for stuff, it's maintenance and updating and replacing a HUGE amount regularly

Not to mention the gifting we did to Afghanistan

---

On Fox News a retired general talked about seven large tank parks that we have throughout the world

We've learned that it's better to ship tanks and heavy material over by water and placed them throughout the world strategically early rather than wait until they needed

There are like 300? US Abrams tanks in Germany now stationed for war

The retired general was pushing to give tanks do Ukraine to fight Russia on Ukrainian soil

His argument was that if Russia wins in Ukraine it sends a message to China that we are weak given that the US and the EU have given all our money and fire power to Ukraine and lost to Russia

He feels we must send a message to China by winning in Ukraine

This is not breaking Opsec given that it was presented on Fox News

Shame you couldn't vet any of your "people".
that's the thing with government. if they got to that level, they already sold their soul to the devil.

like the story of Lot in Sodom & Gomorrah, we don't have to start at 50 and work down to 10,

I sometimes wonder if there is even one politician in the federal government who is a genuine patriot.

So we send them tanks... I highly doubt they will be getting our latest and greatest. Im pretty sure they will pick the absolute oldest serial numbers in our inventory that hasnt been upgraded since 1990. (But maybe im completely wrong)

I still hope both sides lose

Please allow me to rant a bit more and state the obvious. It just needs to be said to make my heart grieve a tiny bit little less.

From an email a friend recently sent:

There is a lot of cool tech being used in this war, such as suicide drones, loitering drones, and hypersonic missiles.

I feel sad every time I see a video where people die through trench warfare, drone, artillery, missiles, etc.

Because it's young guys on both sides dying for global political interests.

You figure a young baby boy was born. His parents raised him, changed his diapers, loved him. The father probably played soccer in the street or backyard with him. He went to school. Maybe he did well, maybe he didn't. The boy probably had crushes on certain pretty Eastern European classmates. If he's 18-22, maybe he got lucky enough to sleep with one or two. Now he is hit by a missile because the a**holes running Ukraine want to participate in this proxy war against Russia.

---

Rest in Peace to soldiers everywhere who throughout history have laid down their lives for their country.
In 1991 these people probably thought they were going to finally live in peace with freedom.

Their grandparents experienced crazy horror. Watch the film “Come and See”.

Now they are mired in this shit…

It’s inhumane and basically our country caused it.

Turkey, NATO’s heavyweight is “Sleeping with the Enemy”. It has a military cooperation agreement with Russia

What this means is that under present conditions a US-NATO war against Russia is an impossibility.

The Black Sea is strategic. While the Ukraine coastline is in large part controlled by Russia, Turkey controls the entire Southern coastline of the Black Sea as well as access to the Mediterranean. (under the Montreux protocol) (see map below)

Turkey is playing a double game, it is not acting on behalf of NATO in the war theater. It is “unofficially” collaborating with Russia. The March 2022 failed peace agreements in Istanbul were hosted by the Erdogan government.

The West supported the attempted coup against Erdogan plus the Russian involvement in Syria, I can certainly see why Turkey is looking out for it's self.
If Turkey didn't control the dardanelles they won't be able to get away with half the shit they do.

I read we are sending Uk fresh off the assembly line M1A2's but they will not have the special depleted uranium armor nor advanced electronics, export tanks without the latest and greatest tech, in case the are captured.

erdogan supported the overthrow of assad and the war against syria because he would ge transport fees for the pipeline they were planning from the gulf through syria and turkey into europe. this is why the kingdom (saudis), UK and US were willing to arm sunni extremists and eventually the terrorists themselves, like al nusra front.

NATO was always a joke.

If the core idea was to hold out 2 weeks until the US can mobilize and save you for the 3rd time..it wasn’t a good plan

Possibly the only plan that could have been created but not a good one. Especially since everyone else never kept up their part of the bargain except for the UK and Canada

NATO does not have a plan, they only react by throwing more resources at the issue. Russia has had years to plan their invasion. It's like Jiu Jitsu or chess, if you don't have a plan and you're only reacting then it's game over, you're gonna get choked out. But in this case one false move and we could all die, these fuckers are playing with our lives.

Under attack and being beaten with a big stick, a friend offers to give you a gun

Except they're saying they will give you the gun after the attack stops, and after the attacker has left, to help you protect yourself from attacks in the future

True friendship.
