Marburg - the next one?

It's just a coincidence!!!

how do you test a vaccine "successfully" against a deadly virus without exposing people to that same deadly virus?
it a "gold standard" rct, it would mean exposing numerous people to a deadly virus after giving them a saline shot.
it isn't like marburg is going around is it, or is that only after they "tested" the vax?

The called their human trial "successful" (using 40 subjects @ Walter Reed) based on 1) low side effects and 2) antibody response = antibody level tested to the antigen/protein that the mRNA vaccine told them to make.
A C19 equivalent trial would be giving the vaccine and then testing for antibodies for spike protein, without testing protective effect of actual virus (infection)exposure. This is probably how they called the current jabs "successful" back in late 2020; the phrase "successful" meant spike protein antibodies was made in jabbed people, it didn't mean people who made this spike protein antibodies actually were protected if/when exposed to actual COVID virus/infection.

I'm gonna gander a bet that their mRNA Marburg proteins don't match the ones from ten years ago.

I tested safe today, from Wile.E.Coyote's falling anvil. Bottle it and make a bazillion.
