“Paraprofessional”. I don’t know if I’d ever heard that term before reading that post. I’m gonna apply that’s all my work! “Why’d I screw it up? Well sir, I’m only a paraprofessional.”

Paraprofessional is what school districts call people who do the same job as people with degrees, but get paid way less because they don't have a degree. Its a job title to direct which pay scale you should be on. Paraprofessional is the lowest, then janitors, then secretaries, then executive secretaries and custodians.

My kid is in special ed due to being autistic, and the para educators are the teachers helpers in the classroom.

In this case, they don’t necessarily have to have a degree, but they do have to have a certification of some sort. They are not someone with a masters degree in special education frankly they’re not even close.

And what is possible. Toyota 4-Runner filter, directly under the hood, in its own drip tray. Don't even have to bend over.

Add a Fumoto valve on the drain plug and you don't need a wrench. As long as you didn't tighten the filter too much when installing from previous oil change. Easiest oil change I ever had to do. Did 23 of them before selling mine last week.

I did that shit in a Fire Engine 6 months ago. We went on a call that dictated Code 3 to get there. Once we cleared I turned the master warning lights off, and we headed back to the fire station. Few blocks later we got toned out on a fire alarm. I pulled up to a red light, looked both ways, two cars stopped and we went through it. The Captain said "do you have the lights on?" Me "nope". Captain "well you just ran that red light". Me "P.D. ain't gonna pull us over, and those people are probably dumb anyway."

I was driving the ladder one night to a worker in a subdivision. No cars are supposed to be parked on the street, narrow roads. Two cars parked across from each other just barely enough for the truck to make it. I just keep going didn't even slow down...right through didn't even scratch them or the rig. After take up the Capt. say's " Good job missing those cars" I said " Thanks Capt. but I wasn't even trying to miss them".

We always say "go faster, it skinnies up!"

Watch the tail swing on the truck. Whole lot of Truck behind the back tandem. Many a mailbox and car have been hit making the turn.
