Maybe I worded it incorrectly maybe I should’ve ended it with a? I didn’t understand why she would be arrested about trash but then failure to appear makes more sense either way it sucks I burn my trash and I don’t like cops or lawyers anyway.
Other than people living out in rural eras, I don't know this was a thing. My trash collection is just one small portion of my bloated property taxes. Like school tax, you pay for it whether you use it or not.
