California Handgun Law Ruled Unconstitutional

So guy’s like A. Baldwin are able to get their hands on a handgun even easier?

It's a very nice first step. We will have to see what kind of fuckery the State of California tries to use next.

Just as a note, the handgun ban is still in effect for at least two weeks.

It will be tied up in the Appeallate courts for a decade

warshington state is due to pass probably the most restrictive anti2A legislation in the country on Thursday. It's a lead pipe cinch that dimslee will sign it into law on Friday. As I understand, both laws will be under and "emergency order" and will go into effect immediately upon dimslee signing it. Bastards.

This precedent in CA won't even slow the dims down in this state. The only thing I can hope for is that what has happened in CA will support overturning the newly enacted anti2A laws in warshington state....

What part of Shall Not Be Infringed is not crustal clear ?

Easy way to fix all these bs laws. Mass non compliance. We remove out consent to be governed by criminals.

And it will get blocked or overturned… and the idiot legislators will pass another and another and another…

So we will have to hire lawyers and pay to fight the state… which is using your tax dollars (an infinite supply of them) to fight you.

And each time they pass it… they peel off a few more people who are tired of it or whose wives nag them to comply or who just don’t want to take a chance…. So through the Fabian process… they win over time.

This is why leftism and socialism and communism just marches on. And will until we recognize that these illnesses have NO place in our society… because they are utterly devoted to destroying it. In 250 years, the founding principles have created the most open, prosperous, free, innovative society ever. (Not without faults… but still head and shoulders above anything else…)

And the left has spent 150 of those years devoted to tearing it down and replacing it with systems that are proven (repeatedly) failures… while chanting “it’s never been tried yet.”

Time to eliminate the root cause. Which is Marxism/Leninism/socialism. A free republic cannot tolerate any systems that force subservience to a mob… especially one suffering from delusions of Utopian dreams and feelings.

The opinion itself is pretty good.

"No handgun available in the world has all three of these features," Carney, who was appointed by Republican President George W. Bush, said. "These regulations are having a devastating impact on Californians’ ability to acquire and use new, state-of-the-art handguns."
. . .
"Californians have the constitutional right to acquire and use state-of-the-art handguns to protect themselves," Carney added. "They should not be forced to settle for decade-old models of handguns to ensure that they remain safe inside or outside the home."

He did, however, stay his ruling for 14 days to give the state time to appeal.
