Depends on exactly what you want done and how you got things cut off and such.
If you are getting it cut off with a doctor and have the money to pay for decent surgery, they can do a re-route so that you can essentially sit down to pee and have it work fine much like a female.

There are some clinics (like one in California) that specialize in that kind of stuff and can provide plenty of after pictures depending on what you want to look like when done.

Completely smooth front with sit down to pee is the most popular for those with money who aren't trying to be a tranny.

A quick browse on the kinkier side of the internet will also give you a pretty good education on how it looks when done and the options and such.

This has been going on underground for a long time.
I think the fact it's being pushed mainstream means the Global Elites think they need even more crazy to finish corrupting the youth.

That being said, being able to stand up to pee anywhere you want is a pretty nice option, and a lot of less crazy folks just go with a nice smooth removal of the scrotum and then still can pee properly.

Much like the less crazy ones become ladyboys only the really crazy ones go for full on trying to have fake female genitals.
Or on the female side the less crazy ones have top surgery and keep their lower bits same even if they are going full masculine, only the really crazy ones go full on trying to have fake male genitals.

No, no, no; this actually makes perfect logical sense. Think about it. They need to make this procedure mandatory for every male who believes we should ban all guns and abolish the 2nd amendment. After all, there are over 600,000 rapes every year in the USA. Those rapes are committed by men with male genitalia. If they believe, that although I’ve been a completely law abiding gun owner I should not be able to own a gun because of other people using them to commit crimes, then it follows that those guys believing we should abolish the 2nd should remove their male genitals because other guys are committing rape with them. They should put their money where their mouths are! I’m sure we could fund a go fund me page to defray their costs!!

Just think of all the benefits!!! I think some of our most anti gun politicians should lead the way, it would be the highest form of virtue signaling. I’m certain the colored hair crowd would give them a Nobel peace price for their commitment to the safety of all females.

You are not wrong, but I disagree with “Normal Civilization “, I don't think it ever existed in our time… maybe 200 years ago?
Its funny how we are forced to accept this stuff as Normal and we are forced to be tolerant of deviant and abnormal behaviors.

Perhaps I am not “hip” enough to understand what is happening in our society, or maybe just out of touch… but I have to say… this is a total degradation of ALL values.

Normal civilization?

One could say there is no such thing as there are numerous 'civilizations' world (if not universally) wide. All are different but all possess common factors, one being, surrendering a certain amount of autonomy, freedom, if you will. Morals and values differgreatly. The Aztec used to think it cool to eat the heart of their enemy. :unsure: That was their normal.

On the other hand, one could argue that whatever we've got is normal as we reap as we sow, both individually as well as as a civilization. Sort of like a former employee used to say, "It be's what it is."

Your values may be instilled by your belief in God but youre only one small unit in a huge machine, that seems to be rapidly coming to hold that view in derision. Their values are just as valid to them as yours are to you. Compromise and respect for toners values is the cornerstone of what any 'civilization' is built on. I can respect them doing it to themselves, but when they and other lbqtsxy's start to push in on 6 year olds, a line gets drawn. So maybe 'civilization' isnt normal at all?

The world isn’t run just by democrats. It’s run by politicians and those that serve underneath them. Give them an excess of money to hire men with guns to protect them, to steal more money on their behalf, and force their agenda and this is what happens. There lies the problem and why things are as they are. Hell we “vote” for it.
