Good nazis still making arrests for NO mask as of 3/23/23

New Mexico is a blue state, the fact it's a rural state means nothing when it comes to Nazicrats and their tyranny.
New Mexico is a waste land, full of meth heads and commies...or meth head commies? I spent a summer there in 1993, TDY to Kirtland AFB installing copper and fiber. We would drive down Central Ave for lunch and to see the crazies as part of the entardtainment.

So I guess these hero’s are not representative of the entire blue line . Just meth head weirdos from the wastelands . Good I was worried for a minute

I made it twelve minutes in before I gave up. Old man .gov isn't afraid of the younger shit talker. Did I miss anything?

I wouldn't go that far, let's just say the gene pool only has a shallow end.

The only reason that I bring this up is we’ve all heard from every hero that they didn’t enforce covid mandates. BUT in 2023 someone is still arresting people for no mask. In this case a 58 year old brown woman. Where do we find men of such courage?

Drug addicts become commies very quickly. When the addiction reaches a point where they need to rob and steal to get their next fix, they will want everybody's stuff and also prefer people to be unarmed so they are easier to stick up and possibly use as sex toys too. Same with pedophiles and violent felons. Criminal records, unhireable, so they become commies. ANTIFA is chock-full of convicted sex offenders, hardcore addicts, and vicious thugs with mile long arrest and prison records. Kyle Rittenhouse killed TWO convicted child rapists and wounded one career burglar on that night.

I guess these were in the minority of enforcing WhuFlu “mandates”.

Ummm, so, to be clear, the State of New Mexico continues to renew its mask mandate, which is generally not enforced. However, the Supreme Court of New Mexico has ordered that masks will still be worn in courtrooms, but not in adjoining offices or common spaces. Lady in courtroom refuses to wear a mask despite several requests or orders to do so. Then gets arrested for contempt of court by the county sheriff at the request of the sitting judge. Does that about sum it up? It was kind of hard to tell from Mr. Freeman's rambling narrative and multiple videos spanning hours of time...

Unless there's more to it, your headline is about as intellectually honest as shit the Huffington post, or MSDNC kicks out...

Now, I'm guessing you will want to rant about how the mask order and resulting contempt of court are one-and-the-same, and that somehow because logical people may not be willing to make that mental hurdle, they are pro-vaxx, pro-ty-rant or whatever. Speaking for myself alone, I think my record on masks and vaxxs is pretty clear on the negative.

So, unless there's something else going on here, why don't you retitle your post "Good Nazis still making arrests for contempt of court (for not wearing a mask in court-ordered spaces subsequent to an order by the State Supreme Court)" or something like that, and see if it generates the number of clicks and outrage that you're trying for here. At least you'd be better than the MSM.

What Mr. Freeman gets right, and where there is a missed opportunity to assign blame properly, occurs when he points out the complete failures of New Mexico's supreme court, the State of New Mexico, and the sitting judge, for continuing the farce that is, and has been, mask mandates. You, however, appear to be focused on the actions of the Sheriff for responding to a charge of contempt of court (albeit secondary to the mask bullshit).

Now, if I've made a mistake on the material facts of this case, I apologize in advance and will do so again when you show me which facts I've missed out on related to what the lady was charged with.

The main point head line and the pissed off guy aside is that a new sheriff was elected in a county that strict and stiff enforcement of covid nonsense. This sheriff got elected on the promise that HE would not enforce such nonsense. And lo and behold . Within 2 months of taking the job carried out arrests for no mask .

Like I said earlier we’ve heard now several times that no one enforced the muzzle mandate and no one closed business and arrested the owners . And no one will do so in the future . Except it did happen and continues to happen- even by those elected so called “constitutional “ sheriffs whom ran on the promise that Covid tyranny was over in their county .

As a resident of NM I can state emphatically that governance is a complete dumpster fire. The Dimocrats have a super majority in both houses and judges are not picked by their knowledge of the law but by their allegience to the party. I love the beauty of the state but unfortunately the state by reason of incompetent leadership is going down the shitter. Between gerrymandering districts, voter registration shenanigans and outright fraud the democrats will continue to have a super majority and drive the state into the ditch.

Except, unless you have evidence to the contrary, that's not what happened. The arrest appears to be made for contempt of court, not COVID. For example, did the Sheriff arrest anyone on the street for not wearing a mask? Did he shutter a business for not enforcing the mask mandate? It doesn't sound like it. If a judge gives you direction, especially in their own courtroom, you probably need to follow it, even if you don't like it. If you want to rock some civil disobedience, do so at your own peril, and take the heat for your actions. Kinda worked for MLK. At least until the CIA killed him anyway.:ROFLMAO: Said another way, FAFO.

In same places, the difference between what’s legal or illegal is crossing a street.

You really provide a lot of evidence in multiple threads now that you would try to confiscate guns , load train cars , turn on the showers.

It's not" his courtroom ". He's just an elected or appointed ass wipe that graduated with a law degree that works for the people. The citizens own the FUCKING court not some over inflated egomaniac. You badge bunnies are laughable.

Do you pray to your gov’t god every night? Your example is just as stupid as the cops who claim not to have enforced covid mandates yet arrested people for “trespassing” when they entered a space requiring masks, many of which where mandated by gov using threats of fines and penalties if the police weren’t called on the “trespassers”. Such utter bullshit.

...and here we have an illustration of the mental gymnastics used by LE to rationalize that "arrested for not wearing a mask" is different than "arrested for not following a court-order to wear a mask." so it's all find and dandy.

He gets paid to protect the system. The same system grants him immunity when he fucks up. The system grants more legitimacy to his word than any citizen because he protects the system. The same system that passed laws so judges have supreme immunity. The system that passed laws like this.
You have the right to protest your government. If they don't like it. You are disturbing the peace or unlawful gathering.

I didn’t know he was a paid statist. Serving and protecting a corrupt, illegitimate, and unconstitutional gov’t. That explains everything.

Most have never been on the receiving end of a tyrant judge.
Black robes of perceived/projected horse shit.
An injected sense of superiority via University.

One would think given extraordinary authority they would be held to highest standards...
Not a chance.

You all wear the same uniform, protect the same corrupt gov’t, force the will of the same tyrants, and all ya’lls radios are connected. There are only two sides. The people and the system.

Help me out, which side do I work for? I work for a fairly large private company (hundreds of millions in annual revenue). I’m pretty sure we will sell our assemblies to whomever the C-suite can get a favorable contract with.

No badge or robe worship, here. I’m capable of seeing both sides.

I’m not married, nor have I ever abused a significant other.

You have no idea who I am, obviously.

I guess I’m not on your ignore list……that’s interesting since you’ve refused to comment on several other posts I’ve typed in response to you - calling you out on several of them. While you have your big boy pants on feel free to go back and try to hold up your end of the discussions.

Literally nothing you typed in the quoted portion of this post is true. Though, you’re incompetence is more easily understood by you admitting you can only see two sides to issues that are much more complex than the equivalent of flipping a coin.

Yup, while you all were busy keeping my state under the microscope, you allowed this nonsense to infest your own states behind your backs.

Wrong. I think my record on the travestes of COVID policy are pretty clear to all but the most ignorant. Burt, you're excused...

I'm mostly in complete disagreement with the .gov. However, I really can't stand the "mental gymnastics" that take place in threads like this. You, and people like you, can't even make a good argument against people like me, who largely agree with many of your underlying premises, but think your logic, conclusions, and rationales fail at basic levels. Good luck with people that DON'T agree with you at any level.
I'm confident you don't care about actually changing the opinion people who don't agree with you, and care more about getting points on the debate board. But that's really the difference between arguments and disagreements, now isn't it? Don't bother answering, your position is pretty clear...
So, for this thread, and you geniuses in particular, I've picked this logical fallacy (plus a side order of Ad Hominem):

The tu quoque fallacy (Latin for "you also") is an invalid attempt to discredit an opponent by answering criticism with criticism — but never actually presenting a counterargument to the original disputed claim.

Also not correct. While I am a humble civil servant, there's nothing I do that "protects" any part of the "system."
However, I must admit, that I do try to help people, like you for instance, avoid the overt demonstrations of ignorance which you display with disturbing regularity.

In this thread's example, contempt of court, for whatever reason (lack of masking or distrupting official proceedings) is still contempt of court. The Sheriff didn't enforce COVID rules (ie shutting down businesses for not enforcing, or arresting people for walking down the street without a mask) he enforced a contempt of court violation. If, you in fact have contempt for the court and choose to do otherwise, then take your shit like a man. That's the heart of civil disobedience. Or, said in a manner you might relate with, FAFO. But do it like a man, not a boomer snowflake. You sound vaxxed.

Not LE, just not capable of the "mental gymnastics" that it takes to come up with no mask=contempt of court=arrest for no mask. Maybe you're better at math, or maybe we should stick to spelling contests for now. I think you meant FINE and dandy, right?

I see @nagantguy and @wade2big dont have anything but the usual parroting to contribute.

I’ve already called you out, in the relevant thread, but I’m still curious. If there are only two sides, do you support the tranny killing 9 year olds or the LE who killed an active shooter?

I’ll ask you a similar question, since you “liked” Wade’s post including “There are only two sides. The people and the system.”

Do you support the tranny killing 9 year olds or the LE who killed someone without due process?

Or maybe there aren’t just two sides.

I support the man with a gun that makes the right decision, I don’t care if he has a badge or not. Does that mean I support LE? Nope.

This whole shooting and response was probably planned anyway, so saying an LEO made the right decision is probably false. Probably just following orders.

That’s a lot of ”probably”. I’m looking forward to your objective evidence.
