I haven't seen where he's said anything about the two sides need to sit down and negotiate. I haven't seen where he's said that the only people being affected by the sanctions are the citizens of the NATO countries supporting the uke's.

Funny thing Trump's attorney mentioned what Frank mentioned. They will try to turn a misdemeanor into a felony.

And you can drive though a DUI check point/Screening, if you are sober. If you are stumbling drunk... likely not. Similar to how they were screening people from high risk areas. Very similar.

So, no you can NOT drive through a DUI checkpoint. They BLOCK the road. The same thing that the Florida highway patrol did under the order of desantis. Once you were screened they allowed you to move on. They allowed the truck drivers through but not cars.
That was unconstitutional and for you to be in agreement with that says a lot. COVID nor anything else suspends the constitution.

You can't conduct a screening or a road BLOCK in motion. Yes they have to stop cars to do it, but they did not Block any one from coming, in the case of covid or a DUI or in my opinion do anything unreasonable. I am unaware of any ruling from the Supreme Court that has ruled such action as unconstitutional. If you have some examples of it being challenged, I am all eyes and ears.

Just to throw a curve ball, what about when an accident happens and officials block the road to deal with the issue and mitigate further damage and injury. Do you consider that Unconstitutional? Or do you see it as prudent to blast past the accident on the shoulder because you can't be bothered to slow your roll?

I don't get the reasoning behind his "self extradition" to NYC after demanding that DeSantis pledge to not extradite. Trump is not a New York resident and the NYPD has NO jurisdiction in FL, so why give them the photo op?

Most big police departments will have a few officers who are sworn as US Marshals or whatever it's called that allows them to cross state boundaries and arrest people.

Would also have to contend with Secret Service detail that a former POTUS rates. It's not like Trump is hiding out in the local Motel 6 like a tweaker, he has an estate that would take serious work just to get to the front door. The NYPD Extradition Unit would need more that a couple of "sworn Marshalls" to affect that arrest without local cooperation.

If you are good with a cavity search. By all means go ahead and let them. But I will stand up for my rights.
Somehow I don't think that the governor has the authority to wholesale order a search of all people traveling. If you want to conflate that with a safety issue. You are dumber than I already thought.

So, while not liking checkpoints, there are people who are driving drunk. So, let's shoot them to save other lives and also to decrease the need for sobriety checkpoints. I am not applauding the checkpoints. I also do not applaud a person getting drunk and driving and killing innocent people.

So, always keep a few extra loaded mags. There are a lot of drunk drivers on the road.

I do not think what they did is unreasonable and I am unaware of a judge, not you on the internet, a judge in a court of law, ruling it unconstitutional. So thats like your opinion man… which you are entitled to. I happen to disagree.

These check points are announced publicly. Nobody is forcing you to drive through them. Tons of back roads, not interstate that were not being monitored, i crossed state lines during that time with no issues, multiple times.

You are the one who brought up DUI stops, which people driving drunk is definitely a safety issue, it is some cases is a felony, so was covid, wether you believe it or not. So calling me a dumb… lol

I have had no C-19 injections and have rejected them for my wife, as I have her medical PoA.

But we have had C-19, it is real.

Several years ago, in Dallas was a case of Ebola. The patient was quarantined and no one complained about restrictions on that person's freedom of travel.

I don't care who or what you think you are, there is an authority somewhere you have to deal with. In fact, get your self some Mongol patches and ride a motorcycle through the territory (and they do have territories) of the Outlaws MC. To quote a line from Southpark, "You will respect my - authorit-eye."

So, putting up with a screen process at the time seemed to be safe to do.

And what is government but a bunch of yahoos with guns?
