Right - someone who may or not be guilty at all cause some chiefs wife could be totally insane and incompetent and in charge of collecting cataloging preserving and presenting evidence- and might be so bad at it that over several years she received 17 disciplinary actions and of course kept her job- thank you Brady list !
And state Supreme Court and SCOTUS rulings that state being innocent of a crime isn’t sufficient reason to be released from prison.

Nope not surprised at all- my corrupt ass state has been a real educational institution lately with public corruption/ incompetence/flat out tyranny.
Just in the last few year - prosecutors not filing charges on pedos for years dispute 100’s of claims , county’s most senior judge 13 months in prison for affairs with police and attorneys- destruction of evidence and erasing evidence against her- sheriff with 3 assault charges and a dui finally fired for beating up some kids . And let’s not forget the 1000’s of untested rape kits and other evidence including firearms that Detroit PD left in unsecured storage sheds that leaked and were full of homeless stealing the stuff. And a DPD drug strike force member turning evidence against 19 others about their drug running and prostitution ring - and all 19 of them being allowed to resign and face 0 charges - some now work in AZ. Nope not surprised but post for the benefit of those not yet awake to the shit show .

Also let’s not forget - 1963 is when Brady violations were recorded but did not end employment in law enforcement so it’s not a new racket - didn’t happen pre or post Covid didn’t happen during Obama - since 1963 corrupt incompetent wife bearing criminals have been allowed to keep their badge . Not worse just more obvious!
