Not bad 65K to cut the grass and shoot guns everyday.
You left out cleaning the restrooms, taking out the trash, sweeping/mopping the floors and other detailed cleaning of the facilities.
But I made quite a bit less than that doing those things while in the USMC.
Located in west TN probably not an bad salary for the area.

7 days a week, sun up to sun down, 1200 yards, $50 a month and they maintain the targets/painting? Take my money! No kidding I'd pay $100/month for that w/o blinking.
Gotta have a lot of members to pay salaries like that.
600 per year per member. $65K per instructor.
    65000 ÷ 600 = 108.3 plus utilities, insurance and other overhead.

Most members don't go very much though and just want access for the few times a year they do go. Our club has like 1200 members and I can still go pretty much any day of the week and be by myself on a range. Three weekends are a different story with matches going but still, it takes a lit of people to actually make a big place busy. Depends on the number of ranges at a place too of course.
