I’m building an AR with plans on shooting 600 yards at steel targets. Need recommendations on a good 15 inch handgaurd that I can attach a bipod to.

9/10... Minus 1 point because the sights on that thing should be fingers arranged to form "The Shocker"...
Front sight is backwards. Needs a dildo instead of a nutsack for the vertical fore(skin) grip.
Then it would be perfect for this "bipod".
Does your boss know you are looking for pants and gun parts that were not issued to you?
Front sight is not backwards… it is exactly as intended, flipping the bird to the white hand making the OK gesture (which wokies regard as a White supremacy sign now.).

Don’t use a handguard for a precision rifle. You don’t want any unnecessary forces on your barrel or receiver. Just an oven mitt and you’re good to go.

Where is the gas tube? I'm not even getting into the forces on the barrel with the sling.
