Anyone know what this is? It’s flat with a pillar through the recoil lug. It’s not a howa.

Agree. Rounded front trigger inlet looks to match the sear.

Yeah. M98 of some denomination. Odd that there's a front pillar as all the m98 bottom metal I've seen have an integral pillar for the front bolt.
