Is anyone running a ARC XYLO chassis with their Vudoo 360? Any feeding issues? If yes any fixes?

Thanks Dave.

I also want to do the xylo chassis with a 22 build. Curious to this answer also. Wish Ted would just make a 22 action already.

Thanks for the replies I bought an XYLO off a member here and also ordered one from ARC for my GT, I like to keep everything as close to the same as I can.

Just a quick follow up here...I got the XYLO I bought from a member here on the Hide Tuesday and put my Vudoo in it....My two big concerns were will it feed and will it balance under 20lbs.

I ran 15 un-fired rounds through 1 of my Polymer mags with the MK+ 5 extension and it fed flawlessly with the standard mag latch. I did order and have in hand the extended mag latch that @jbell suggested so if I have any issues I can swap it out.
The Vudoo mags fit nice and snug front to back but are a little sloppy side to side which is an easy fix if its a problem.

The Vudoo 360 with a 22" MTU balances perfect right at the muzzle side of the mag well with no weights and is at 16.4lbs on my shitty bathroom scale. I know not the perfect balance point but this rifle will be very easy to balance a couple of inches in front of the mag well with the addition of a couple of weights and still be well under 20lbs.

I think it you slightly load the front of the magazine with the standard catch you may experience feeding issues. Do you have any vertical play in the magazine with the standard catch?

You are correct...I just got back from lot testing some R50...I shot all prone but had a couple of rounds where the bolt skipped over instead of picking up the next round. After looking closer the mags do sit just a bit low with the standard mag latch. I swapped in the .030 longer mag catch and the rounds are lined up almost straight with the chamber instead of slightly low, I think the longer mag latch is a must for the Vudoo.

There was just a little vertical with the standard latch and pretty much zero with the +.030...I have a Gray Ops bag stop coming today so I'll get that installed and then get it balanced, make a few minor adjustments and I'll be good, I am real happy with the XYLO.

VGW says the magazine needs to bas be touching the action for proper feeding geometry. The Xylo is one of the best chassis I have ever used.
