We all know why…

My dad's a veteran, been shooting 80+ years, he calls em clips, has always called em clips. I think he's earned the right to call them whatever he wants. :)

It's sooo fun to see people rush to correct people in a place like this. It's one thing to educate people who genuinely don't know any different, it's another to be a douche. ;)

And this is how we get chicks with dicks, men having babies, math is racist and the rest of the fucked up shit.
What else can you do to "earn the right" to change reality?

The first non single shot rifle he ever fired was probably an M1. You need to blame the WW2 vets who started calling everything else "clips".

That's how we got to chicks-with-clips.

They do clip into the bottom of the rifle, I wonder if that wasn't part of how it started.

Break
verb 1. separate or cause to separate into pieces

Like it does to the column of escaping gas. Muzzle break.

What are the two meanings of brake?

: a device for arresting or preventing the motion of a mechanism usually by means of friction. apply the brakes. took his foot off the brake. 2. : something used to slow down or stop movement or activity.

as in a muzzle brake

Dealer's choice I guess...

I can see both sides of this argument, at 80+ some leeway, he might still call "african americans" negro. And that is not a "bad" term, just a term used "way back when".

I know a bit apples and oranges, but the best I have off the top of my head.

I am very firm in the camp that words mean things, and agree with @DarnYankeeUSMC the correct term should be used. Everyone forgets now and again something or another.

Clip, mag, there are differences. Using the correct terms for everything I think is a issue currently. Racist and Nazi are two terms that get banted around without the real understanding of the meaning.

somebody or something is propping it up so they can keep spewing their bullshit.
sadly would not be surprised if somehow our taxes are used via cia cutouts...
I am sure they are getting million in ad dollars for promoting Hunter's Art sales!

But that is completely legit! Right?

Right?

I mean... right?

lol, or full page pfizer ads? i wouldn't know, since i have not seen one in years (intl. airports).
either way, ad money is typically based on distribution. since hardly anyone outside libraries get that piece of shit delivered, can't be a lot.
they can probably fake digital subscribers.
