Tac Ops Rifles

I know this might be blasphemous..but has anyone done a fluted barrel?
Why?

The TacOps is a lighter rifle than my AXMC which uses a heavier barrel. The first shots today were very positive. Very easy rifle to get behind and set up positively and quickly. I love the KMW chassis. The action runs smoothly like melted butter. Very different than my AI rifles as far as running the bolt.

Theta vs ZCO gonna be 1a vs 1b discussion. Glass is to tight to call, comes down to turrets and other user things. I’m a picky Bastid and I didn’t care for the chalkish finish ZCO had. Would it stop me buying one for a steal no.

I hear what you're saying.
As much as I love the turrets on my TT I still prefer the MTC turrets on my S&B's.
My TT was one of those steals which is why it is in MOA.
I shoot both and go back and forth with no issues.

Actually, the last one (X-ray 51) was left at the front door. No knock. No signature.
That's totally crazy because we always Insure everything and anything over $500 has to be signed for.
PM me and I'll give you a call, so this doesn't happen again...

Got the x ray in the spring of 2021. Maybe it was a covid thing?
No, it’s a FedEx thing. I’ve routinely received FedEx packages that said signature required and never signed for them. They were just laying on the front porch. I saw the FedEx guy a few months ago drop one off and he was walking to the truck and signing the signature pad himself as I was walking out the door. Never had the issue with UPS or USPS or any of the other issue I’ve routinely had with FedEx.

12 pounds…that’s a chsssis by itself in todays world lol

Can’t wait for the 26 pound 6 dasher gamer guys to complain about the crazy recoil of a 308 lol
I am very impressed with Mike's brake relative to recoil and muzzle jump. I know most of you can use a can but the brake is nice

If anybody is looking for more Tac ops but hates the wait time there are a lot for sale on here.
One with a suppressor and NV rail, another one with a Tangent theta.
Then there is an X-ray for a really good price in 308.

Sucks for yous guys who can’t use a can, the brakes r nice tho!

The first time I took mine out I was shooting at about .3 moa dots on paper, the first shot after I followed through the center of my crosshairs where back on the dot.... ( this is with the brake )
The suppressor is a must have though.
The brake is awesome but with the suppressor you can shoot for longer without feeling the effects.

You need the Green Light from the wife first please don't forget that ;) If I were you, I'd take her to a Romanic dinner buy her flowers and when you return home give a full and complete massage with your tongue of course. After she hit the high C note and only then whisper honey you know I love you right, yes dear... Can I buy an X-Ray 66 please? I would think she'd say yes. If she says nooooo with an attitude, I'll Fed Ex you a Tac Ops Boll up doll because you're going to need it for a few months

Call whenever your GTG zero worries my Ninja
