My Mercedes 300CE was nearly perfect when I bought it except it had a dent on the hood caused by an acorn, from a 200YO Bur oak, that looked like a baseball hit it. Just 1 dent and PDR made it go away. I found the acorn in the trunk by the battery. It was over 2" round.

I’m not worried about acorns, but we have some pines that drop cones the size of volleyballs. I will never park near a Grey (Digger) Pine!

I used to ride my "Connie" East of Chico up from the Paradise (2 Camp fire) area up the skyway and when getting off the beaten path up near Inskip, CA ( 3 where the pavement ends), I would see those. There were thousands of Ponderosa pines in the area

Any shooting ranges around there ?

Just trash heaps.

I don't think there are shooting ranges anywhere near that guy's daily travels.

He trolls The Hide making bullshyt comments about other people's wives......never posts in shooting forums.

Another half-a-fag troll with no reason to be here other than to shytpost.

There are a few, but a person may have to drive a bit. Everything from indoor to a 1k rifle, although the majority are shorter distance.
Where might there be a 1K range?

I haven't been there in a decade before the fire. All the ranges then seemed to be near Chico, Back then 250 was the norm.

Tehema Shooters Association in Red Bluff goes out to 1k. The others that I know or been to go from 100m to 780 yards. I’m actually more familiar with the ranges in Shasta and Modoc counties though.
