Who makes the best ar10 bcg

LMT with the dual ejector bolt would be my choice.

Rubber City Armory has "blems" for sale fairly regularly, under $200. They also have OEM replacement/spare parts at reasonable prices, which is something to consider with the non-standardization of the platform.
KAK BCG's are well built, and also offer parts.

If I may ask, what about your DPMS BCG is unreliable ?

Depending on the caliber .... all around I prefer the jp fmos

I don’t like floating pins in the AR-10.

Your reliability problems might not be because of the BCG though. LR-308s are usually gas system and bent extractor issues in my experience, along with tight chambers cut with worn reamers in a lot of them.

I would diagnose your full system before zeroing on on the BCG.

Reputable brands of DPMS pattern BCGs are pretty consistent these days with the bolt dimensions that affect headspace. That was not always the case, and chamber headspace should be checked. I would not recommend using an ArmaLite bolt in a DPMS pattern barrel.

JP fmos is my go to as well.

I've got a JP that I'm happy with. Would buy again if needed

not going to get into my lmt or kac as they who they are but in all my builds, the aero bcg has yet to fail me
