Large diameter, 90 degree brakes

ACE brake fits that criteria if you include the collar in the OD measurement.

I like Holland's QD...


EDIT: Never mind- missed the self-timing requirement. You can always use washers like those from PA

The new CHAD tuner brake will match up nice.

Terminator aren't 90 degrees but designed to reduce concussion at the shooter, they do numerous profiles, may be worth considering?

ACE looks almost seamless on a straight 1.2” contour.

Don't let self-timing limit you if you can't find one large enough.
Assuming a cylindrical brake, easy enough for any smith (or any machinist for that matter) to simply face brake as needed to get it to clock correctly- it's quick and easy.
