They posted on Instagram on the 19th of February. Still weird though!

My friend has been waiting weeks for replacement extractors. They were happy to take his money then…. Radio silence

I for one, am shocked.

Maybe @GAPrecision will have an answer as they use the Curtis action for their Pinnacle Production Rifle. Just a thought.

They shorted me a part I ordered a couple of years ago and wouldn’t respond to email.

I ordered some actions last year and things drug out, got radio silence, finally got a bit nasty on social media post, then got some of what I ordered in, then waited weeks and had to blow up again to get the rest of it. Now I've been trying to swap a bolt out I asked to be swapped before it shipped last fall.

Will NEVER use them again, and will NEVER suggest them.

Several years ago when I shot Curtis actions I call Chase and ordered a bolt that he said was IN HIS HAND as we were talking and he was taking my order...6mons and a LOT of calls before I finally got the bolt...Loved the actions but would never own another due to the customer service.

I heard a rumor times were tough, as he (Curtis) was going to have to sell his $200K+ boat

Well, if they aren't out of business, they should be...... For every positive, there are dozens of negatives stemming from this business it seems.
