Good morning assholes

Driving east through Ohio on I80 in the early morning. Big rig in front of me with one of his trailer brakes in fire. Same response- wouldn’t roll down window and flipped me off. Oh well
I stopped at a buc-ee's late one night years ago for diesel. Filled up and pulled out on the highway and was coming up on an 18 wheeler ahead of me. I started smelling diesel and thought I had a massive fuel leak. Then I started seeing rain on the windshield. But it was clear skies. I rolled down a window and touched this substance on my windshield, yep, diesel.

Meanwhile, I'm gaining ground on the big rig ahead of me and it looks foggy behind him. At that point I realized it wasn't me, it was the semi. It was a four lane road through town with a 45 mph speed limit so I got beside him, turned my dome light on and tried to communicate to him that he had a massive fuel leak.
He ignored me and sped up.

I came to a red light at my next turn towards home and as I sat waiting on the light I saw him hit the shoulder about a mile down the road. I guess he figured it out.

On beef, it's a chewy piece of chuck cut to make it look like tenderloin, thus "mock tenderloin".

It's also called chuck tender, mock tender ... cut from the chuck/shoulder/subprime part of the moo.

Put an Arm roast into the smoker and that shit was good. Just salt and black pepper.

Can confirm both of these

I learned most of the imaginary tool jokes from my teachers in tech school so I was mostly impervious when I first started. The guy I worked next to though…

He was sent into the parts dept to get a squeegee sharpener and then got sent to several people who “knew where they were”. He finally made his way to the parts manager who told him he was being fucked with. Being the wily asshole that he is, he went back to the guy he worked with and said “The GM wants to see you. He seemed mad that you guys are going through so many of these things.” So the old guy scrambles up to the front to explain the situation as young guy explains what he just set up. Old guy walks back to the shop sheepishly chuckling as we all laugh at his expense. Good times in the shop

Fresh out of HS went to work for a company that makes cranes. First or second day on the job, an "old-timer" tells me, "I need to to go to sub-assembly and find Joe. Tell him I need the skyhooks." I walked to the next shop over, found the break room and had a snack.

After about a half-hour I wandered back to my station and told the old-timer, "Joe said you had to go get them. He doesn't trust me."

I grew up holding the flashlight for my dad, grandads and uncles.

Just change the "braising and roasting" to "Smoking" and the chart would be useful.
