I’ve been using the MTM Case Gard but they’ve dropped the red box. It may be simple minded but I use the colors for caliber organization.
I’m looking for another brand box at this point and have been looking at Evergreen. Any opinions on this or better recommendations?

I’ve used Frankford Arsenal boxes for about 15 years now. No complaints. Cheap enough you can buy more if they break and they hold up well. Especially now that they use an actual plastic hinge design, instead of a folded piece of plastic like the original design (which has also held up just fine for me).

+1 on the fusion paint . I give all mine a custom paint job . Calibers I have multiple guns chambered in I will go two tone . A quick scrub with a scrotch brite pad and alcohol and the fusion sticks very well .

Several years ago, I bought my wife a laser cutter for craft projects. I don’t know why I say I bought it for her- when she wants something from it, she asks me to do it. Anyway, I use it to cut out stencils that I can use to spray paint caliber markings on boxes. It is much easier to remember that 30.06 means 30.06 than it is to remember that red means 30.06. That’s kind of an expensive solution. But, you could use a permanent marker to write the cartridge on the box. Or, head over to the craft store and buy a few packs of letter stickers and mark the boxes.

Blue painters tape works pretty good to keep track of what’s inside.

Change it when you change what’s inside 🤔
Or just get you some reloading labels, put one on the inside of the lid so your load date doesn’t get worn off, and write the cartridge on the outside of the box in sharpie. If you are using a slick clear plastic box, lighter fluid and a rag will remove sharpie. 👍🏼

doesn't have to be slick or clear, works on the textured opaque MTM boxes also

Thanks for the input. I guess it’s time to bust out the sharpie or Krylon. I’ve already written GAY on all my buddies Creedmoor boxes.

cleaner but a little more expensive route than a sharpie. i like to have labels on stuff and they have some color options
and these adhere a lot better than the white dymo labels
