Just bought a Nox 18. Going to put it on a helmet and possibly a pvs 14 or another thermal in the future. What bridge would work the best. Been looking at the mod armory d14 bridge and Wilcox bridge. I would like a rqe kvc bridge but they are unobtainable and I don’t know if I’d trust a Chinese knock off. D14 looks like the cheapest lightest offering but worried the the thermal image will be canted. The Wilcox has ip adjustment. Let me know what you experienced guys think

Get an articulating bridge. You might have too many headaches merging the images, so being able to instead just swing them into/out of the way is a good backup plan.

I just put together a helmet setup with the Mod Armory bridge. Don’t have much time behind it yet but my Nox 35 and PVS 14 lines up well.

Horta sell me one of those rqe kvc bridges. I’m sure you got 10 or 12 laying around :ROFLMAO: Any experience with the Wilcox bridge?

I only have a couple of the KVC/RQE left, but I will say I just got a Chicom Ripoff Sotac RQE via eBay and I’m blown away at how good a copy of the legit version it really is.

I would NOT buy another genuine KVC at $900 when the Sotac is 1/5 that and I have a difficult time telling them apart.

The Wilcox is nice too. I have a couple of them as well, but they’re definitely heavier and bulkier and do not have the adjustment that the KVC has.

Is this a picture of the knock-off CCP one? If so, damn... The machining looks good.

Yup… it’s the knock-off. Definitely upping their game from the crappy-fitting Wilcox knock-off I got from them a few years ago.

American manufacturing better adapt or die, or at least what’s left of them.

Impressive. Are the adjustment ways and mounting surfaces just as smooth and lock-up just as nice as the American one?

I run an 18/14 combo on a d14 quite a bit. There's a little cant to the nox but honestly I'd never noticed it until I read other people talking about it. Not an issue at all for me but ymmv. Strip the weapon mount off and run off battery power with a cr123 the nox weighs bout the same as a 14 and with the d14 bridge is a comfortable setup with some counterweight.
