If you come to TN and get one of their notifications of some traffic infraction. Just throw it in the trash. They are not enforceable. If you want to read through it. The language is basically asking if you want to pay it to submit it to XXX.
When we stopped paying them they would send out a letter saying that they were going to make an entry on your credit report. The governor stopped that.
The cameras are still active because some people still pay.
camera's are still active because they are there to record movement.

I approve of the Darwin balls. They encourage self-selection for the most panicky retards in a crowd, and hermetically seal them into a coffin once they get trapped under mud and debris, thus preventing their stupid juices from leaking back into the environment.

The 6’ one has a displacement of just over 7,000 pounds. Unlikely to be trapped.
The tether option - that would be great to catch every single piece of debris that the water is carrying. It is just an oversized bobber at that point.
