Iran attacks Israel start of WW3?

Unpopular opinion here I know.

But imagine if the US had sent a squadron of F22s to Ukraine and said they were enforcing a no fly zone on behalf of Ukraine.

Could've tested out the shinny toys in actual combat as well as get some experience for all the crews involved.
As well as sending a message to the rest of the world of FAFO.

Obviously none of these conflicts are the Wests conflicts, but having messed up most of the regions for the past few decades (and some) they will be held responsible or atleast scapegoated.
Just going hands off seems to not have been the best idea and in the sake of Afghanistan gave the Taliban some shinny new equipment.

In the 1930s/40s it was possible for th US to sit back and say not our problem you sort it out, to the Europeans.
Not sure that'll work this time around, especially after decades to playing World Police.

The USA cannot enforce a no-fly zone in Ukraine because Russia has S-300s, S-400s, S-500s, and an air force of their own. If the US sent a squadron of F22s to Ukraine, they better be prepared to have the squadron wiped out.

If you want to start a war with Russia that will escalate into a nuclear war, I would appreciate it if you don't drag along the country I live in, into the nuclear fray. This is the problem with war-mongering Americans in the USA, they will wreck everything for the rest of us.

I have zero enemies in Moscow.

I have many enemies in Washington DC and NYC.

Just spitballing here….

So earlier this week, US sends CENTCOM commander to Israel to discuss handling of the impending attack

Biden comes on TV and broadcast to the world an attack on Israel is imminent and will happen within the next 24-48 hours

low and behold, just about 48 hours later, what do you know, Iran goes on social media and broadcast them launching of the attack with drones that take 6-9 hrs to reach their target

in the midst of the ongoing attack, Iran’s UN Ambassador puts out a statement, that under article 51, this response is retaliation to the attack on the Iranian embassy and that they consider this matter concluded….. doesn’t wait to actually access the damage or success of the attack ….

now we await Israel's response

MSM focuses on the drones having their lights on as they fly to their targets as that is a “big help to shoot down the drones” fucking clowns, because that’s how the defense systems target an impending threat, by their little lights

Yeah everything seems normal with all this

modern Jews are Khazars, we might as well be getting worked up about Pechenegs. they dont even adhere to the mosaic covenant anymore, the law of moses has been replaced with the Babylonian Talmud and kabbalah. As Jesus said, "For you ignore God's law and substitute your own tradition."

Kurds are descendants of the ancient Aryan Medes, and Persians are Iranian speaking Indo Europeans. Hell, much of Central Asia has the same roots, and the light eyed red headed Afghans are descendants of the blonde and red headed Tocharians that lived between there and the Tarim in antiquity. Even Buddha was a white guy.

According to Jordanes, even the Goths lived there for a while and might be the people who killed Cyrus the Great.

Syria has more Slavic genes than most people realize, since the Levant was the center of the Muslim slave trade out of Ukraine, and Greece is less Aryan thanks to the Turks than they were at any time since Agamemnon.

I see your point but the counterpoint to that is what if the US (and the rest of Europe for that matter) kept their supplies and funding out of the scuffle? I may be wrong but I'd imagine the loss of life on both sides would be significantly less & the war significantly shorter but (in my opinion) this dust up served as a perfect 'proxy' exchange to see how the new Western tech would fare against Russia so why not?

There is that too.

I guess either option would have been better than the half arsed approach of the West giving away and alot of its equipment, only to extend the war and lose of life on both sides.

But like usual went down the middle to make sure no one was happy and get the worst of both outcomes.

The point would be to have set it up early as a deterent, not to have waited till a month in.

If the US/West/NATO didnt enforce a no fly zone because they couldn't, well that's not a good sign.

If we’re lucky Iran and Israel will completely wipe one another off the map.

Or if we're really lucky, Israel will come out without a scratch and Iran will no longer exist.

We can drill through glass, so the oil will still be available.

That's fair.

It’s not the 2003 anymore. Israel is not much without the US military, which ain’t anywhere near what it used to be. Irans ally
China can reportedly manufacture 4,000 hypersonic missiles a day. Which of the clownworld powers can match or even approach that?
...and those missiles will work just like everything else Chyyna makes with a 50% failure rate.

I know that we've been told countless times that "diversity is our strength" but as an 'unpopular' opinion, I struggle to find a single example looking back centuries where the Islamic faith in mass coincided peacefully with other faiths.

Christians massacred plenty of Muslims during the crusades. Can’t have it both ways.
You aren't wrong there either. Wasn't rooting for either 'team' but merely was pointing out they don't play nicely together and the reason of which goes back centuries.

So that justifies Muslim attacks a thousand years later?
In a way- and I know this is the internet but I really do intend for this to come across in the most respectful manner, but I'd reckon that they would think so. If I may be so bold- you're viewing the Muslim attacks from a "Western" perspective and so long as you hold that viewpoint, you won't understand their reasoning/mentality.

Of course not a personal fault of your own but it's awfully challenging if not impossible to understand their motives from a 1st world perspective is all.

Warm regards,

I think your point is fair.

Muslim v Jews
Jews v Christians
Muslims v Christians

Switch it around however you want. The Abrahamic faiths have had points of contention for a long while. It’s just the way it is. But there are also forces that really put sand in the gears of peace. But I’m not so sure that we need to get in the mix when the two original brothers are fighting. Let them sort it out.

I didn't read all this shit.. just watched the first 1min of the video where he says Iran launched over Iraq and Syria. My question... we have assets in both countries, and we obviously knew about Irans launch. Why didn't we just shoot them down?

I can't find a single fault in anything you just said sir.

I'd hazard an opinion that it isn't as simple of a matter of capability as much as it's a matter of motive. Others may (and will likely) disagree.

So what is their perspective?

I understand that some Muslims believe in converting others at the point of the sword. Then to make them second class citizens and lord over them. I also understand that we’re living under the same system over here, but at least our standard of living is high.

So is their perspective that it’s not fair that they live like 13th century peasants?

So what is their perspective?
To be succinct (and admittedly skipping the nuances) but at the end of the day- Islam = good. Not-Islamic = infidel. From my experience this mindset seems to be typically Sunni but (as is the case with most major religions, not just casting stones at just Islam) they have a very basic 'either one of us' or 'against us' mentality.

Christians massacred plenty of Muslims during the crusades. Can’t have it both ways.
It was the Muslims who invaded and raided and tried to conquer everything from Arabia to Constantinople, and wiped out 4000 years of culture while doing it. They did the same in Egypt, Spain, Central Asia, and everywhere else they went.

The Crusades were a reaction to that. You would never need the Christian Reconquista if not for the initial Muslim conquest.

Every 400 years they jump up and get their asses kicked.

Perhaps, but the odds haven't always been stacked against them either if we're being fair.

If that's too... I don't know, ancient(?) remember that something like 7 of them brought our country to our knees with only boxcutters. As posted earlier, and I by no means am proud of this fact, but at the end of the day, we spent 20 years in Afghanistan to replace the Taliban with... a better armed Taliban once we pulled out of the country.

I hear you and understand your point but am only suggesting that sometimes the 'underdog' wins.

SPOILER ALERT!!!

Israel blows up the muzzies mosque ( The #3 holy place ). Israel blams Iranian attack. Israel seizes the land and builds the third temple. (Israel has the red heifers in hand and the qualified priest ready to go).
Not quite yet. Going for a Psalm 83?
Missed Damascus being destroyed (Isaiah 17).

What you're really seeing here is the MIC making lots and lots of money. Probably some politicians making money and getting kickbacks for this too. Yes, I'm cynical.
Pedopeter sends Iran billions -> some used for cheap suicide drones. US & UK use expensive technology to shoot down each one; expensive technology needs to be replaced. Whether by kickback/pure money laundering or MIC stock the profit is always made by the US politicians. Cough Nikki.

My apologies if I inadvertently went off on the proverbial soap box there- I reckon that's just my long way of saying that it's very hard to fathom the mindset we're discussing from a 1st world perspective as we quite honestly value our pets (dogs/cats/whatever) on a higher pedestal then they view human life from their own 'team'. It's incredibly hard to understand that but also important to not underestimate their capabilities.

We the west are supporting a huge cancer growing within us. It is bent on destroying western society in order to facilitate a great reset so Hitler’s political offspring can rule the world. Nazis are narrow minded and stupid. They assume the world will be theirs to rule, but their destruction of western society has destroyed the things keeping Islam crazies in check.

Your post reminds me of this skit- Good news is Norm Macdonald's stand up is not only resurrected this week but also isn't limited to just the OJ Simpson thread.

Well Iran now has a good idea what the Israeli defensive posture might be for a missile/drone attack.

Cost Iran much, much less to execute a missile attack than it did to defend it. On a long enough timeline one will run out of missile defenses long before the other side runs out of missiles.

Clearly I hope that I'm right but I don't take that update as anything more than "saber rattling" and the government/military equivalent of "anything you can do, we can do better" while daring the other side to escalate their aggression.
