Home purchased by the park to be destroyed. Wonder if the people get good market for these.

This dude was out there doing a hike in full Highlander kit to include a sleeping roll and gear.

He kept saying I’m not part of the park reenactment.

No shit buddy but your interest in history is still cool.

I’d get rid of the ballet dancer shoes though for some good boots.

Ever try exposure bracketing? I usually end up dialing in +2/3 stops on both the X-H1 and X-E2 in most situations. My old Nikon D300s seems to figure it all out by itself though.

These did come out very dark.

We have had some sucktastic weather. The gray represents natural light.

I bought the Fuji X100 because I miss the idea of an actual camera and this metal body retro cool masterpiece met my desires for something akin to the simple Leicas that GIs snapshot with after liberating them from Germans.

Unlike my phone or most other modern digital cameras set with every feature to “A” this guy also mimics my old 35mm picture taking in that out of a roll of 24 I might get 2-3 pictures I liked.

It’s not that bad. I should go into the menu and try adjusting settings after the fact.

Just downloaded real quick today not really expecting to do much with these ‘cept show them to you guys

Does the X100 have the exp. comp. dial by your thumb? If you're using the electronic viewfinder, you get the compensation-effected exposure preview in the viewfinder as you dial. Just remember to zero it out when you leave that scene. You can also do auto exposure bracketing in the settings and then just pick your best exposure in post.

Yep it can be as manual a camera as you wish it to be.

These could all be cleaned up right in the Fuji app.

If I see something I really want to capture I have thought to play with the dials.

Thing that caught me about the camera was its build quality, the metal and the leather.

Looks like they even copied to a degree the old German marking in their “Fujinon, Lens System” logo.

Nice small packable camera but suited pretty much for portraiture type close pictures.

Wish I had this when I was doing my motorcycle touring.

Yep, build quality is top-notch across the board.
Stopped buying 'em after they fire-saled the X-H1 at 60+% off after less than a year on the market though I do want one of the new, faster-focusing fixed wide-angles.
