Looking for suggestions and pictures on the best way to mount 2 devices on one tripod. I have seen the gray ops mount looking for others.

Thanks

some one on the forums made his own plate to put things on his tripod was pretty neat . not sure of his final cost was but for 180 + shipping you could try something like this
RF Cam Cradle

I have either tried this product nor tried to make my own good luck which ever way you go .

Outdoorsmans mount for the binos (quick release with a separate stud that mounts on the binos).
Hejnar M1-600 plate, 6" long with anti-twist bar that goes up against the outdoorsmans mount to keep it in place.
RRS BC-18 micro-ballhead that screws directly into the 1/4=20 hole on the Hejnar plate. Allows you to co-witness the binos and LRF, or to fine tune and pick up separate targets all within the field of view.
Rangefinder arca mount of your choice, this is just a 3D printed model off ebay that was cheap.
Total weight is 10oz, breaks down compact and can fit into a backpack easily. Very sturdy when mounted on tripod.

Mine is set up just like Sheldon’s, it’s worked pretty well so far and I’ve got no real complaints. My LRF isn’t that great so in the process of Searching for an upgrade this weekend i ended up ordering the sig 3000 BDX and will be ordering the Athlon chronus tactical for the new set up that will be spilt on a Cinema bar still

I know you were looking for something other than gray ops, but with the gray ops, you always have the option to put it on the rifle. I don’t personally, but you never know.

Here’s my setup. I recently changed it so it’s more streamlined. I used to run the play sideways, not I run it innthe direct you would on a rifle.

Thanks for the picture I just purchased the gray opps plate seemed like the best option and like you said I can use in on the Arca rail on the gun.

Sightlok RF-1 will securely mount just about any rangefinder to a picatinny or weaver rail. Unlike the other options posted above, it offers windage/elevation adjustments, giving true co-witness capability. I have 3 of these and they have been rock-solid. As one would expect from a made-in-the-USA part.
