To my knowledge, they've been discontinued. I don't know since I'm not a dealer . . . I just bought a ton of these when they dropped the price on them. I had plans to build a whole bunch more ARs for myself and was going to use these on those builds- even had all of the builder kits and parts to do it, but then my life circumstances changed, plus I shoot so much less frequently than I used to, so I've been working on downsizing everything (including my music gear). More than you cared to know, but I think that your opportunity to get a black one went away around March 12.
