Thought I ordered 2 with my latest suppressor. I did not, my bad.

Been on a waitlist at every shop imaginable for 2 months it seems, nothing.

Anybody know an LGS they can PM me that has one (CB .30 5/8x24)?

Anybody know what’s cause it the backlog? Assuming maybe the rush on suppressors with the decrease in times, but figured they’d be ramping up to meet demand.

Anyways, thanks in advance for any help/insight

I've been waiting to buy a CGS brake/thread adapter for my Hyperion for almost that long. Local shop had four when I stopped by a couple of months ago, and I stupidly only bought two. When I went back they were gone and have not been back since. The owner said they have been back ordered for weeks with no ETA. I saw that Silencer Shop had them, but they are $25 more than my LGS. I may have to bite the bullet and spend the extra cash.

I went to the area 419 adapter so I could shoot mine. Cheaper and available. Best thing is I want to go to a muzzle brake I can just screw it on the adapter
I’m planning to do this, problem is I have more sidewinder brakes than hell fires, I also need 1/2x28 which they don’t make in the sidewinder system. I’m thinking of sticking with the sidewinders selling my hellfires and trying to find a 1/2x28 cb 223 brake for my AR’s. I tried selling my sidewinders and moving everything to hell fire but they aren’t moving

So as not to burn anyone’s info/stores that they PM’d me (and thanks to those who reached out with info). I was also able to find some in stock at SAC. CB 30 threaded 5/8x24 in case anyone else was looking. Website shows 3 remaining in stock.

Newb question: what's a CB in the context of a suppressor, and is it specific to TB?

C-ompact B-rake. Yes, specific to TBAC. It’s a brake with the tapered shoulder at the rear that their non-SR cans seat against.
There’s also the 338 BA brake which is the same thing (only larger) for their 338 non-SR cans.
And as stated, there are now also the S-ecure R-etention (SR) brakes that fit the new SR-system cans.
