I think they are coming to the end of their ideas. They have tossed the kitchen sink at him and nothing they do works, in fact it makes him stronger and makes them look more like kings over the serfs.
I do not think he will fall for the "petty robbery" that setup one of their formers. I have a feeling he is going to be wise to anything "new" that might happen, and this is what is making it so difficult for them.
I also think there is no way in hell he is getting "elected" again. I would love to eat crow on that one, I bet several million would as well, but I just don't see it happening. Will that be enough to knock it all off the rails, doubt it, we still have a full belly, but bunches are beginning to tighten the belt one hole.
I really want to hope it can be fixed, I pray it can be fixed, but in reality I don't think it can. Not that it is too late to turn it around with some hard decisions, but those decisions are impossible to make with the current system. Remember this is over 100 years in the making.
