Autotrickler V4 "Lb" issue

I went to use my autotrickler v4 this morning and all was well until I tried dispensing charges. When I try to dispense charges it will work for a spot second and then show "Lb" on the screen. From what I can tell it stands for low battery and is usually an issue with the adaptor. I swapped the adaptor out with a friend's and it's doing the same thing. I put a picture of the screen below.

It goes through calibration just fine, dispensing normally. It will even work dispensing the load if I change the scale to grams instead of grains. It seems every function works fine except dispensing loads in grains.

Any one have any suggestions?

That's what I've read as well, but I tried a friend's power adapter and it's doing the same thing

Plug it into a different wall outlet or line conditioner. Rule that out at least.

Isn't that why they include the jumper wire with it?

The instructions say that if the whole unit loses power to use the jumper wire, but that's not the case. Literally everything works as it should until you get to dispensing an actual load.

I emailed Adam, hopefully I hear back with some help

Good thing you emailed them because he absolutely refuses to talk on the fucking phone. He will waste untold amounts of time with back and forth emails when a 3-5 min phone conversation could solve the issue.

They got back to me today, confirming it's an adaptor issue. They had me try the power cable that came with the scale and it works. They're going to send me out a replacement.

Thought I had ruled it out by using a different v4 AT adaptor but apparently not.

Crisis averted, hopefully..
