Don't let the negativity get you down. Remember bad news gets more clicks. People doing terrible things to others is nothing new. In reality, despite what you read, it's probably less common now than in the past.
 
The United States should immediately implement public executions of convicted murders, rapist, child predators, people who prey on the elderly, school/church/any other mass shooter, and any other extremely seriously heinous people like the cunt listed above in this thread that killed a bunch of kids.

Would it help to solve the problems in the US, I’m not sure, but at least the up and coming shit bags would see what happens to them when they royally fuck up other peoples lives, destroy families, and cause pain and suffering to people who could otherwise be happy.

And no more of this letting people/shit bag criminals sit on death row for 20-40 years or whatever. Get that shit over with in like an hour after the death sentence was handed to them. And do it live on public television.

You sure have a lot if faith in the "justice" system. You may want to add those who falsely arrest someone, plant evidence, or withhold evidence. By those "false arrests" I also mean those claiming qualified immunity after arresting someone who wasn't even breaking the law. Also those who intentionally apply the laws to people they dont like while not to others ..because that is what will happen.

Justice cannot come from a corrupt murderous gov’t that’s a far greater threat to you and yours and has murdered, abused, and stolen far more than all the street criminals throughout history combined.

Instead of petitioning the largest criminal organization on the planet to do these things, petition the people to protect their own. Do this and I’d back you 100%. Just understand that the politicians will send their police to attack the righteous so that the revolving door of “justice” can continue to spin as designed. Gov’t values power and we all are pawns. A means to the end.

While this sort of shit has always been happening, it could likely be the beginning of the consequences of bad decisions made over the last decade or so. If that’s the case it’s going to get much worse.
 
The reason for the bad things, and the good things, as well, is free will. To love God with free will means everything. To have no free will is to be unalive.

So, as bad as these events are, faith in God will get us through, even as we seek justice on the bad actors.

Render to Caesar what is Caesar's and unto God what is God's.

We do surive our physical death and this will all be worth it some day and in the same breath, what seems a huge concern will not be as important later.

If you believe in the god of the bible then you surely believe that he created everything including evil, pain, and suffering. If you believe he is all knowing and all powerful, then he knew what would become of the evil and suffering he created. If he has a plan for us all then we don’t have free will now do we? Maybe there is no plan, no all knowing being, and if there is a creator it seems that he isn’t a personal god at all and doesn’t give a shit about anyone.

A couple quick things:

When you read the "news" remember somebody is trying to sell you something to make themselves money...

People who think our times are so horrible don't understand we live so much better than the true horrors people in history lived through.

The world is FULL of good, kind, virtuous, wonderful people who are trying their very best to do good for others. There is a reason they are ignored and there is no news about them...

If you don't understand the wonderful plan of Salvation that Jesus Christ brought about and think that this life is all there is, then it is easy to despair. Once you understand what our current existence really is, then you can start understanding the why of the great plan.

Free choice and free agency is a pivotal part of the entire plan Heavenly Father has for us and if He was to step in and block all evil, and all suffering then we would never be able to progress and choose our path.

Most bad things happen because of the actions or inactions of humans. When "good folks" allow evil to overtake their societies by being lazy, selfish, cowardly or worshiping the laws of man more than Righteousness, Truth and Justice, Heavenly Father cannot be blamed for that. Nor should Heavenly Father be expected to fix the mess you allowed to happen when you aren't willing to do all you can do yourself and fix the problem.

History is filled with eventually the "good folks" finally getting off their asses and making things right. But it usually takes a huge amount of prodding before the good folks are willing to stand up, make a choice, give up their comfort, give up their laziness and do the needful.

Opposition is part of the Divine plan to help us make choices, grow and become what Heavenly Father hopes we will choose to be come, as the scriptures say:

"For it must needs be, that there is an opposition in all things. If not so, my firstborn in the wilderness, righteousness could not be brought to pass, neither wickedness, neither holiness nor misery, neither good nor bad..."

"And to bring about his eternal purposes in the end of man, after he had created our first parents, and the beasts of the field and the fowls of the air, and in fine, all things which are created, it must needs be that there was an opposition; even the forbidden fruit in opposition to the tree of life; the one being sweet and the other bitter.

Wherefore, the Lord God gave unto man that he should act for himself. Wherefore, man could not act for himself save it should be that he was enticed by the one or the other."

God our Heavenly Father has a plan for us, He hopes that we His children will follow the correct path and return to live with him in righteousness.
But He does not force His will on us, we are given to freely choose what we will do.


Just as our actions and choices in this life affect others, so do the actions and choices of others affect us. What we do about it is up to us.

There will come a day when the plan will be complete and everyone will have been given sufficient chances to make their choices and then everyone will have to live with where their choices and actions put them.

Then the time of humans running amuck on the Earth will be over and all will be brought back to order and peace and harmony.
