Does the seekins stock fit you? The proof is the TL3 action, which should be a throw in all kinds of r700 stocks. The seekins is a proprietary action that nobody makes an aftermarket stock for, that I know of.
Either can take prefits if you ever want to change caliber. That said I'd probably lean towards seekins just because of their support for anything that come ups.
