I picked this up a few months ago and can't say I'll use it. I can finish anywhere from 21.25" to 22.9" and is a left handed gain-twist of 9.5-8.75". 1.2" shank someone began to lightly thread, but that will disappear as it's shallow and won't affect the final threads. $520 shipped fully insured.
