Can't log in!!

Does anybody have a good way to get a hold of somebody that can help me get logged in to my main account? I can't get up with anybody.
It says I need a verification code from the app but I'm not logged in on the app and as soon as I try it redirects me to the same page that ask for the verification code.
This is a second account I created so I could get in contact with sombody but I'm still not have success.

Is it possible to be banned on hidetv and not forum? I build a new pc and now I can't login to hide anymore. Tried chrome, edge ect and it says banned from this realm. I can still post from phone not sure what's going on. Thank you.
