Burt is a longtime member here. Frank doesn’t seem to like him much, but he hates anything taller than he is, which is basically any carbon-based lifeform.
I like that they have mostly commonly available firearms and attempt to kill it with powerful hunting rifles, unlike most movies where "gun people" have a dozen machine guns.
