This screws on to the base bipod to enable you to use the spigot mount from a Sako TRG 22/42 or KRG clone.
It’s got basically no wear on it whatsoever, except for where the spigot plug plugs into the rifle.
The flash sort of highlights areas on the finish, but there’s really no visible metal anywhere except on the tongue.
