For how much volume we do for 2 1/2 sales people and one admin that we are very efficient but far from perfect so we try to learn from our mistakes so we constantly improve. What the difference is with me is that I'm not a typical sales guy, I try to provide the best information that I have at the time from all my resources and look for trends both good and bad. It would drive the owner nuts that I wouldn't be pushy trying to close out every potential sale. My response to him was that some people can have all the accurate information available but still needs to do their research themselves aka trust but verify. Unfortunately, some people come to me for confirmation bias and don't often get it as what is seen online or on social media is inaccurate from my own research. I prefer educated consumers, I want customers that are happy and confident with their purchase regardless of it being my choice. This approach has gained CSTactical and myself thousands of happy repeat customers which thousands are here on the hide. What you get from me personally ocassionally is an experience and shitty memes with occasional surprises thrown in
