yes he did. a simplification,but have been anti commie a long time. doubts arise,not about how bad it is,but how much we should sacrifice to "fight" it. look at our relationship with VN now and our past relationship with Yugoslavia during Tito. seems to me that we can tolerate communist countries,just like we tolerate Muslim countries.
