Because people are realizing that they are nothing more than tax slaves. The days of being able to support a family on one income are gone. Life is work, eat, sleep and repeat. Decency and morality rarely exists anymore so people are fed up and don't know how to cope. Then there's just the plain old zealot with a cause.
people just now realized they have endless access to two ton death machines and have decided to use them instead of a bomb or gun?
What happened to good old fashioned suicide ? suicide by cop? etc...........
Its a different profile , mass shooters end up dead and that is mostly their goal its also mostly planed and against some target they have grievances over , drive trough folks seem more impulse of the moment . live trough their rampage and are mostly caught alive.
