There are tons of threads in the reloading forum. There are even ones dedicated to sharing load info for gas guns
I didn't build my LMT to be a benchrest gun, but it's more than accurate enough for my needs. I live in a very rural area with a lot of land and some wide open spaces. I wanted a general-purpose rifle with a DMR type focus. Most of my 10-round 100 yards groups are in the .8" range, some in the .6's. It's a 16" Bartlein barrel from Craddock Precision converted to LMT by D wilson .
LMT 6.5 CM shoots pretty good too. I'm personally very happy with any semi-auto rifle that can shoot 1 MOA 10 round groups. These are more rare than people think.

These targets are from one of My Aero Precision platform builds and are Very capable . Preliminary powder evaluation .

I got a chance to shoot another rifle and three different loads. I get the occasional sub-moa load, but most groups average between 1.25-1.5 moa. The PSA is a lot of performance for the money.
Pretty good shooting! Is that gun sub $1k complete? Lol shoots more accurate than the $4k sig spear
Diamondback DB10, 308 krieger barrel. CMC trigger. A nice rifle I’m happy with. Shoots better than I'm capable of.
15 rounds fired quickly at 100 yards. Ammo was hornady whitetail 150gr, the cheapest ammo the gun store had on hand.
5 rounds 175gr fgmm. Shows i have some stability issues to work on i believe.

6.5cm, 20" Faxon match barrel (from 2020), Aero M5E1 Receivers and Handguard, FCD small parts, TT Diamond trigger (Swapped out the Timney CE). This group was actually factory Hornady 140gr American Gunner. Shoots 140gr ELDM about the same at 100yds, but outshoots the AG at 500yds+.
The PSA is a blem upper I put on a lower I had. I have a Geissele trigger in it. Without optics, I probably have $800 in it.
338 ARC fire forming brass 338 ARC improved. Standard case longer neck, improved shorter neck.
Only improves velocity of supers a bit, subs the long bullet takes up most of the powder space.
A 50 shot group 175 gr HP, Lil Gun, Starline Grendel brass, cut and formed, 10.5 S/D 2149 fps average over 50 shots in a gas gun.
The CMMG 338 ARC specific mags worked 100%.

I had the upper assembled by DWilson since I had them cerakote the barrel. Work done by DWilson was upper assembly and bed/shimming the barrel.

All hovering at moa, using bipods and bag off my gator hood. I don’t shoot prone very much if at all.
How do you like the atacr 4-16 for that 6arc? I want one really bad.
I found some other groups from my SPR with the 18" WOA barrel shooting with Hornady ELD-M's, Black Hills 77 SMK, and IMI Razor Core
77gr bergers with N140, fed 205, mag length:
Those 77 Bergers are impressive, especially that 24.1 grain group!
I've also been very impressed with 73 grain Berger OTMs. Those are a lot easier for me to find, especially in 1000 bullet boxes. I shot a 10 round 100 yard group in the rain today with my LMT/Bartlein 223, I'm so impressed with Berger bullets, I'm getting about 2,670 FPS with this load from 16" barrel
I was playing with my windage between these two groups, one of those times when I'm between .1 Mil clicks for zeroing. Still, absolutely thrilled with these results using a Vortex 1-10
Thanks, Yes they are! Some damn good groups for you with the 73’s too. I definitely need to try some. Im also curious to try the hornady 77gr smk clones.
Going through the archives I found some group results from an article I worked on using a bone stock Springfield Armory Saint Victor testing some various Hornady ammunition. It's a bit of a departure from the other precision oriented gas guns but it didn't do horrible and provides another data point from a budget factory rifle.
AAC 77g @ 2700+ before the new 77g this year..

A similar charge of 8208 and a 77 smk or a 73 Berger shoots well in every AR I've tried. I have found that if a rifle won't shoot that combination well, it probably needs a barrel replacement
Finished up a 6.5cm AR10 a buddy asked me to build for him and was checking how it shot before handing it over. Groups with 140gr American Gunner are consistently around .8moa and did pretty well out to 600yds. I think he will be pleased. That 4" plate was alluding me that day.

I shot this with my M14 the other day. 1.2 MOA at 600 yards for 11 rounds with a 10 MPH crosswind. The first six rounds probably landed within 1/2 MOA. 169 grain SMK, 42.6 grains of IMR-4064, LC cases, Remington 9-1/2 primers.
That came from this beat up ol thing...

Somewhat of a std. is # 3 , 5 shot groups . Myself I figure one has minimum 20 rounds in a box ,so why not do #4 ,5 shot groups or one group of 20 rounds . If one can't figure it out in #20 rounds ,it's not their game . Load evaluation being exempted .

Something a little different, I shot an Appleseed AQT yesterday in the heat but I had to get the optic dialed in for 25 meters since the Vortex is normally zeroed for 100 yards. The below target was shot prone with a sling starting at the bottom right and going clockwise. Bottom right was slow fire, bottom left I had a fucked up elbow position and bad shadowing on the optic, top left I got the LOP and all that figured out and shot seven at a rifleman's cadence, top right was also shot in cadence but shit was heating up and I didn't have a glove on. Ammunition was Winchester White Box M193.
