Because people are realizing that they are nothing more than tax slaves. The days of being able to support a family on one income are gone. Life is work, eat, sleep and repeat. Decency and morality rarely exists anymore so people are fed up and don't know how to cope. Then there's just the plain old zealot with a cause.

Next time it happens pull the driver from the car and beat it to death with hammers while the crowd watches. I bet this shit stops completely in hours.
