Déjà vu

Déjà vu, a term that simply translates in French as something "already seen".

I've experienced this quite a bit over the decades but haven't found a good explanation/discussion on the phenomenon.

Does anyone else here frequently experience this?

Deja vu is a strip club in Nashville, and if my wife asks, I've never been there before, so that's the opposite of deja vu.

When I was younger and I used to order things from Cabela's or Sportsman's Guide, it was the days before Amazon Prime and would take over a week to arrive instead of a day. I would ALWAYS dream about my stuff arriving the night before it did.
