Here’s a teaser. This was one of the first, final design is slightly different
I got to try one of these out last month.

One rifle was an AI AT in 308 with a 24” barrel, omnidirectional brake, and shooting 175 FGMM.

The other rifle was an AI AT-X in 308 with a 16” barrel, Theorem with brake end attached, and shooting 175 FGMM.

The 16” with with the Theorem with brake end attached was very noticeably better for spotting impacts and misses.

Got 3 of the Biscuits a couple weeks ago.
One for an SBR bolt gun in .308 and two for SBR 556s.

Everything super nicely finished inside and out.

These really are high quality cans. My boss has most of the product lines in his gun store, guy i work with has a theorem and its quieter than my 30 cal omega. Way better build quality too. Shoulda waited to buy the 22 can, didnt know that line was coming out. Damn thing is small and stupid quiet. Just wish things were full auto rated, but i know that is a small market.

Yeah they are sure dragging this out. I am bout to order a theorem S and L to keep my standard theorem happy, but I'd really like the brake cap for them!

The prototypes were made on several machines and to get them at a production level to our standard we would have had to price them at a level we weren’t comfortable with.

We ended up getting a new machine that can do the entire operation from start to finish and pop out a completely finalized part (minus coating)

That machine should be spitting out parts in two weeks and the first batch of items is the theorem brakes.

Awesome! Machine efficiency is important, and the opposite can def drive up pricing. Looking forward to getting a few to try out!

Yes we did have a handful back in November, those prototypes were made between 3 different machines and the time involved would have made them cost about $500 each, plus, we needed thousands of rounds on them for testing.

Moving them to production after testing, we added a new machine that is able to do the entire machining process from start to finish so that when they come off, they can go to QC and straight to the anodize shop (the only thing we don’t do in house is dlc and ano)

That new machine took longer to setup than anticipated and we will not release a product that isn’t perfect.

It is setup and running brakes, we have a big batch out at ano right now and because of that machine the final price is going to be $185 MSRP.

No problem! We are not fans of the “customers = beta testers” model so we have been running the absolute crap out of them to make sure there aren’t any issues. We have had specific people around the country helping with that testing and it’s awesome to see the feedback over months of progress. Several matches have now been won with them and I’m confident the extended wait will be worth it!

Now that they are complete and in production, they will be run along with everything else and be readily available at dealers and on our website. (I’ll update this thread as soon as they are live on the website)
 
DLC and Aluminum doesn’t react very well together.

We will be doing limited drops of Ti/DLC and 17-4/raw patina. The Ti/dlc will likely be significantly more expensive just because of material and overall machine time.

Yeah not really a fan of Aluminum on my Suppressors so I will be going for either the 17-4 or the Ti. I would 100% expect it to be more money.

General question. I have a Theorem-L and want to utilize 419's hellfire suppressor mounts. I am assuming since Theorem-L is titanium, I would get a HUB compatible titanium (and not SS)?

I have a ti hub/hellfire adapter on my Theorem, didn't have two so running the TheoremS with the steel direct thread at the moment. Will likely get a Ti one to drop some weight. These are awesome supressors.

Thats the material selection for the adaptor itself, not of the host can.
The thread interface of "HUB" 1.375x24 should be HUB regardless of what its cut into.
2.4oz for steel and 1.3 for titanium, you chose how much weight is worth to you, for 70 extra bucks.

Rog, understood. I just didn't know if mixing two types of metals at the connection point was an issue.
 
So brake is available for order through dealer, but unavailable through manufacturer retail. Even more confusing.
Agreed. I only went by what I was told.

I specifically requested the Theorem S WITH NEW Brake (I reiterated this several times), dealer confirmed the order.

Hey guys, brakes are on the dealer price list but haven’t shipped yet. We are working with the Anodize company to get an acceptable finish that meets our quality expectations.

Unfortunately this is an outside process that we can’t do in house and we are at the mercy of these coating companies. We won’t compromise quality to rush the brakes.

They are so close!
