XM-3 on CMP, what’s the story behind these?

I've never seen an DT turret S&B used on an XM3, but they were used at the same time, so it's a possible combination. I'm pretty excited about this one!

I think it would be ridiculous if I put an M5 DBM and other current stuff on my surplus CMP XM3. I'll call it an XM3 Mod 2 and confuse the hell out of future collectors when they come across my posts, lol.
