I find it hard to believe those “security guards” are any kind of designated PSOs. Is that what passes for personal protection contractors now? Like calling a Muddy Girl camo Savage Axis a precision rifle.

I have no idea how they were trained.

Since the SECNAV calls the security person by name, I suspect he was the PSO.
